Customer Part Pricing Integration

A customer has an integration with an outside retailer. The outside retailer hosts the customer’s products on their website including part information and price. Once a retail customers logs into the site they should see customer specific pricing. Is there somewhere in the system to send customer id, part number, and quantity to return a price?

I have an integration to insert RMAs from a website. Everything works fine except for and error message I get: Return address ID 1 is not a valid address."here is the JSON with the Return Address ID as the company address ID to which the product is to be returned to: What should go into this field? I assumed it was the address ID of the address the product is sent to for a return (company address).

Customer Order Reserve from specific location

Is there a way to have customer orders reserve from a specific location? Example: site=123 has inventory locations - walmart, REI, Amazon, Gander Mountain When walmart customer enters an order we want the system to automatically reserve from walmart location.

Pricing on Customer Agreements

I have two parts on a customer agreement as follows: Part Valid Price 1222 1/1/2023-12/31/2023 $1 1222 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2023 $2 If I create two orders today: Order 1 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222 $1 Order 2 with wanted delivery date in 2023 for part 1222. Shouldn’t $2 be the price? Currently both orders are showing $1.

Cannot Read Properties of Undefined ("Trim")

I have three custom fields all built the exact same - Product Category, Product Sub-Category, and Product Brand. Each of these are reference fields that point to a separate Custom Entity. The Product Category and Product Sub-Category work fine but the Product Sub-Category throws this error when added to the Inventory Part screen:

Branding Standards in IFS

Anyone know where I can get some branding standards in IFS? Something that shows logo sizes, color matches, etc? The technical docs only show that you can upload a logo but don’t tell you what size to use, etc.

Custom Attribute Will Not Populate

I have a custom event that will send an email to the help desk when a new employee is created by the HR team. In the email I want to include the Employee name, Person ID, and Department Name (Org Name). tThe DEPT_NAME custom attribute will not populate with any value. Replace Menu with Custom Menu

In Apps 10 Trying to create a custom menu on a business lead that searches for an address. If no address throw an error if an address exists then continue with conversion. Send Email when Prospect Created w/o an address

Using Apps 10 and want to create a custom event that will send an email to the user who creates a prospect (converts from a business lead) without an address. IFS deletes the business lead when it converts the lead to a customer/prospect. Thoughts or suggestions? Which LU would be appropriate to create the custom event on? Which PLsql API would be good to get the Address?

CRM Companion Initilization

We have installed the TAS, we have downloaded the CRM Companion TouchApp. When the user logins for the first time the initilization process hangs. For hours now it won’t move forward. The CRM application Touch App entities have a built-in filter to only sync user assigned entities.

CRM Companion Gateway Error

We are using SSO and deploying TouchApps CRM Companion. The Server is up and the CRM Companion Application is downloaded. When the user logs in they are prompted for the windows username and password just like in Apps10 however when connect they get this error: The documentation talks about a redirected URI and lists ifs-app.com.ifsworld.com.crmcompanion10://app not sure what this means or how you would use it.

Pricing Per Customer Order

I have a customer that has a customer agreement for a part in Apps10: Part Min QTY Price 1 0 200 1 5 100 1 10 50 If a customer order is placed with three line items each with seperate Wanted Delivery Dates or Addresses with a quantity of 10 shouldn’t the system give them the $50 price? Customer Order Lines: Part QTY Date 1 5 2/1/2021 1 5 3/1/2021 Right now the system is giving each line item the 100 price instead of the 50 price.

Hierarchical Custom Fields

Does anyone know of a way to create custom fields that are hierarchical in Apps10? Depending on what is selected in Parent field determines what is displayed as LOV in child field.

No Data Found

When publishing custom fields on the BusinessOpportunity logical unit I get the error “No Data Found”. When I go to the database the view is no longer present. Anyone ever seen this before?
