Dear Community,I start to set up Tax ID Types for European Member countries. Target is to set up the Tax ID Layout Format so that IFS can validate Tax ID structure when we set up Tax IDs for customers. For the most countries Formats are easy e.g. for Denmark ID should start with DK and should have 8 characters, so set up layout is DKXXXXXXXX.Unfortunately, not all countries have simple rules, how layout format should be set up …If countries have different length e.g. like Bulgaria 9 or 10 characters? If one character has to be a letter e.g. Cyprus, last character must be a letter France, 11 characters May include alphabetical characters Ireland, 8 or 9 characters Includes one or two alphabetical characters (last, or second and last, or last 2) Spain, 9 characters Includes 1 or 2 alphabetical characters (first or last or first and last)regards Sebastian
Dear All, related to seasonal business we have the case that some machine capacities are fully loaded. To reach necessary quantity we set up additional manual assembly process for that time. So for one product which needs to be assembled we have an automatically process (e.g. for 80% of produced pars) and additional to that an manual process (e.g. for 20% of produced parts). If we use the routing for machine process for calculation, the part is calculated to cheap, if we use the manual process the part is calculated to expensive. Is there a kind of possibility to mix that both production processes for one part number for calculation, which not impact production planning and logistic etc.? Thanks in advance for feedback regards Sebastian
Dear Community, we would like to set up the Finacial Project Numberseries like that:First Number HRL0000001, next number HRL0000002 etc. This is the set up in IFS It is not possible to start with leading 0000000, IFS is formatting it to 0. So if we create the first project with that number series it comes with HRL1 instead of HRL0000001. Of course we could set up series with HRL1000001, that would work. Question is it somehow possible to set up like requested with leading 0 values HRL0000001?Thanks!regardsSebastian
Hey Community,If you set up an customer mandate in IFS for direct debiting, the bank needs to be specified for each mandate. That means, that if you use several banks (e.g. 3) and you have a lot of customer mandates (e.g. 1500) you need to set up a lot of double data (3x1500).The customer give us a mandate to charge his/her account, it doesn’t matter what bank we use. So from our point of view it is a huge work load to maintain data always 3 time for same reason. My question, is it possible to set up customer mandate somehow for all banks?RegardsSebastian
Hello Community, for our tax book we need to deprecitat Fixed Asset object based on Declining depreciatin Method. Depreciation amount = depreciation rate x book value of the previous year. The depreciation rate is the same every year, for example 20 percent. The book value, on the other hand, is different every year and corresponds to the net book value at the beginning of the year. That is the rule:declining mehthod can be 2,5 times higer than linear method but maximal 25% of acquistion amount respect net valueSo we calculate, 100 / Lifetime * 2,5 result maximum 25%Example: 10 years depreciation, 100/10 = 10% *2,5 = 25% Example: 8 years deprecation, 100/8 = 12,5% *2,5 = 31,25% - Maximum 25%Example 15 years depreceation, 100/12 = 8,33*2,5 = 20,83% Actually we need to calculate in advance and select the method with the respctive factor. Is there a possibility to set up one depreciation mehtod that calcualtes that factor for us? regards Sebastian
Dear CommunityIf we want to calculate e.g. planned purchase price with several Overheads (e.g. with part specific Overhead function) on that based price IFS calculated like thatBase Price 10OVH1: 10% 1OVH2: 20% 2OVH3: 5% 0,5Base Price 10 + 1 + 2 +0,5 = 13,5 Is is possible to set up the calculation additionally like that10 Base Price + 10% OVH1 = 11New Base Price 11 + 20% OVH2 = 13,2New Base Price 13,2 + 5% OVH3 = 13,86 Thanks for Support regards Sebastian
