We are new to IFS and have purchased Cloud...we are having issue with timeliness of requested deliveries, lack of delivery being available when it should be along with what I consider to be a timely response to support cases/tickets. I would like to know if anyone else is having these issues, what the normal SLA. Additionally if anyone can tell me of their success and/or challenges with Cloud I would greatly appreciate it. I am looking for documenation also.Thanks!
My company is new to IFS Cloud. We are working on our Chart of Accounts...ideally we would like to keep the Chart of Accounts we currently have user for the past few decades and not redo it, basically for easier reporting and history. We are being told we should not and I am looking for opinions and to see if others have kept their COA when making the switch or just changed them sparingly.Please advise
We have issues in printing and emailing statements in a batch, We are being told that it is a bug and is being fixed, This is a major issue for us.I am interested to find out if anyone else using Cloud is having this issue and other basic functionality within IFS Cloud. If you had this issue, what have you done to resolve this? We are struggling ..I have done many ERP implementations in my career and this one has been harder.Your experience and feedback for IFS Cloud would be appreciated.Thanks much!

Hi All,I am looking to see if anyone can advise on how we lock down access to some basic data and user permissions,We are on the Cloud. I would like only IT/Admin to be able to change this data and would expect to be able to do this globally.In addition, I would like to be able to take the left hand pane where there is item listed as Basic Data and grey out/ block that section so users could not have the ability to access the data via the pane.Advise on auditing trails and/or reports to track system and field changes, would help Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.Best,Stacey
We are moving over to IFS and were told that there were folks using Zoominfo. Is there anyone who has integrated ZoomInfo with IFS CRM? Also if you can let me know what Marketing tools you have found successful with IFS CRM. Thanks much!
