Hello,We are trying to limit our bucket resource to 3 activities per slot period. I’ve tried to set this up in the Rule and Rule collections then applied the rule under Resource Types for the bucket resource but when I test this out, I am still seeing slots open up for the bucket resource. Is there any other parameter or configuration that I might be overlooked?Please advise if possible. Thank you!
Hello,I have a question in regards to logic behind FSM skills.In FSM, when scheduling a task through the Book Appointment process, the system ensures that the resource that gets committed to the task, has the required skills to perform the task.Sometimes it is necessary to skip the Book Appointment process and instead, manually assign or commit a technician to a task. How can we have FSM prevent the user from manually assigning (committing) a technician that doesn't have the required skill or their skill has expired?
Hello, I have a question in regards to how to prioritize PSO bucket resource to receive jobs as a last resort.We have different type of resources and wanted to see how can we override other resources over the bucket resource. Use case: Right now we have a resource that already have 2 jobs scheduled on them but PSO is moving it into the bucket tech even though the resource met all the criteria to do that job and have available shift. I use the comparison tool and cannot figure out why since the travel parameter for the resource is even closer than the bucket resource etc. Please assist if possible. Thank you!
Hello, Could a mismatch in time zone from FSM vs PSO cause activity to fall under scheduling exception? For example, we’ve recently running into scheduling exception that related to “ Activity out of scheduling window”. After further research, I notice the plan travel commitments is follow by our time zone which is central time where the job is located in the eastern time zone. Normally resource shift won’t start until 8AM so I am not sure if both system need to match and if this is causing scheduling exceptions. Any insight would be super helpful! Thank you so much!

Hello,We are running into an issue where job in completed status is disappearing as technician is switching the job status into completed. We usually see jobs in completed status on the Gantt chart (Purple Color coded) as our tech in the field complete out the job same day as shown below. When the Gantt chart in PSO was Healthy (Current Day): Now this is what we are seeing on the same day. A white/gray line divided throughout the shift on the current day and the job that should be in purple color (Completed status) no longer showing. Any information on how to troubleshoot this would be extremely helpful.Missing Completed Job showing White/Gray lines on the current day.
Hello, When I use the Auto-Generate Rota function in PSO- The Status stays at “Generating” and it looks like nothing happen after that under the Rota Provisional. I left this on the entire day and night but nothing happen even though I refreshed the page and everything. Please help me understand if I am missing any steps. Thank you!
