PSO Completed Job on the Gantt is Missing

Hello,

We are running into an issue where job in completed status is disappearing as technician is switching the job status into completed. 

We usually see jobs in completed status on the Gantt chart (Purple Color coded) as our tech in the field complete out the job same day as shown below. 

When the Gantt chart in PSO was Healthy (Current Day):

 

Now this is what we are seeing on the same day. A white/gray line divided throughout the shift on the current day and the job that should be in purple color (Completed status) no longer showing. Any information on how to troubleshoot this would be extremely helpful.

This looks like a problem in the input data. It may be that a new load has been sent and the completed activities have been sent in with only the ‘completed’ activity status, so the system no longer has knowledge of when the activities were started. It’s probably something to get someone on the FSM side to investigate.
