FSM vs PSO activity time zone.

Hello,

Could a mismatch in time zone from FSM vs PSO cause activity to fall under scheduling exception? For example, we’ve recently running into scheduling exception that related to “ Activity out of scheduling window”. After further research, I notice the plan travel commitments is follow by our time zone which is central time where the job is located in the eastern time zone. Normally resource shift won’t start until 8AM so I am not sure if both system need to match and if this is causing scheduling exceptions. Any insight would be super helpful! Thank you so much!
