Hi Experts, When sending jobs to PSO , it needs an element of time before it sets the job in the correct place, does anyone know how long this duration is? Can the duration be altered? Is it based on the system that PSO is installed onto? For example, we are seeing jobs with a fixed person go over to PSO in the space for the wrong person, PSO then goes through the motions before then putting the job in the correct space, but this sometimes takes a while. Are there any parameters that can be altered to help? Would reducing the plan quality (currently at 100) help with this? Thanks
Hi Experts, The appointment booking window that shows Green, Amber, and Red in FSM when receiving an appointment back from PSO, How are these are set and what are the thresholds? Are we able to change them? Thanks
Hi Experts We have a customer that is using SSO. They can log into FSM ok, but when they try and jump over to PSO, they get the login screen. I can see in Audits that the login is there and enabled: But they can’t login to PSO, anyone have any experience of this ? Cheers
Hi Does the reference period include days without shifts, ie if shifts run Mon to Fri, does the reference period cover Sat and Sun ? Thanks
Hi all, Can a manual commitment over ride the prerequisite demand of a job ?FSM has sent the prereq over OK:7275 should be scheduled before 7274, but PSO has scheduled them the other way round, I notice in FSM that these have been committed by a user rather than the system. Would this over ride the prereq set on the job ? Task 7274’s SLA doesn’t start until the day after, so the system would not have been able to schedule it. (plus it’s out of shift when committed). Thanks for any help
Hi all We have a customer using FSM (6.22 build 8362) and PSO (6.10.0.13). Previous to upgrading they could see the group the user was a member of, however it appears that during the upgrade Admin group has been dissociated form the users but weirdly they kept the admin rights. This is the same for viewable datasets, The solution used was to add 'viewAllDataSets' permission to the default set which seems to work. Still, the sudden change without any traceable mention in the change log is worrying - same applies to Admin groups removal. Is there a known bug that could cause this change during the upgrade ?Thanks for your help Keith
Hi all, Currently we have a client that has some pretty complex shift requirements. We have tries to generate the shift patterns using requirements and rules, but have not really got close to the shift patterns required. Having looked into background shift generation, it only works on a set amount of days, but this won’t work due to the shift patterns being different lengths (9 weeks, 8 weeks, 6 weeks and 4 weeks). Has anyone come across a problem like this before and been able to resolve it without using manual Rota generation ?
HI allI am trying to add new columns to a list for data management locations, but when I click add, I no longer get fields in which to add a label or value, just a column number:Is this by design, or should I be able to add into these ? Thanks Keith
