Within Incident Management the department requires that wherever the word “Incident” is displayed they system is to display “Event”. Post Upgrade from Apps 9 to Apps 10MRP planned demand lines from SO REQs, are NOT visible in IFS10, as of initial data importRunning PMRP manually beings them backBut this would be a huge task to do for each project manuallyIt's as if it didn't bring across the previous SO REQ demandsAre such demands are not expected to come across as part of the upgrade? After upgrading the IFS Touch Apps Server to IFS Apps 10 Update 22.On opening the Touch Apps Server, entering the System ID and clicking Next I received the following error: When installing the Touch Apps Server the IFSTAS and IFSMOBILITY passwords had to be changed as there was no record of them available.We are using Azure Active Directory but changed this IFS Database so that after entering the System ID and clicking Next we would be able to access the Login page and enter ifsapp.Any ideas?
Within the HR Assistant Configuration I cannot see any way add custom fields or create a new custom pages etc. Is there anyway the HR Assistant can be updated to include custom fields or a custom page as a configuration step.
When upgrading from Apps9 to Apps10 are the information source refreshed?The reason for asking is, even though the overall balances are the same, we have 5 extra account balances (all zero) being displayed whereas in Apps9 these account balances did not appear in a report for the same year/period. n.b. There were no transactions in the year/period for the 5 extra accounts and as such should not be appearing.Any ideas/advise would be much appreciated.
