Hi all,we have custom client-report (rdlc) which contains signature (format jpg) in it.On DEV, ACC, TEST, the printed report has signature on it.e.g. On PROD the signature cannot be shown in the report. The Code-Table Cust App Params (SAS TOKEN) exists in all environments. Any idea why PROD cannot print the signature? ~Juni

Hi,on our DEV, when running refresh cache or refresh cache full we often get error: The following system level exception was generated by the application: Incorrect syntax near 'EN'.Contact your system administrator for assistance. The server log or event log may contain more details about the error. After executing the refresh cache for several times the error doesn’t appear. Hi all, I want to test a notification which will send report on DEV.in App Params SMTP setups on PROD and DEV are the same.Using the same app params, on PROD sending notification works, but not on DEV. Notification message is setup correctly. Distribution list is setup correct.A notification business rule triggers in task_event when task is completed. Is there anything else I should change/check/connect for DEV to make it works? FSM6
Hi IFS Community, we have several ad-hoc reports built for us. When I check to the report wizard, some reports can be edited.(“Edit” window will be activated when the “Edit” link is clicked).Some reports cannot be edited. Although the “Edit” link is active, but it doesn’t do anything when it is clicked. Is there any setup in the design time that can prevent the editing? Version: FSM6U13. Hi all,another question regarding MX_U table, if FSM application is in IFS managed service, who maintains the MX_U table for deleting the old records? As this table can be very big and the usage of old history might not be necessary anymore. If it’s customer’s responsibility to maintain it, can you describe steps to check and do it? Hi,we have gathered some data from MX_U table. But I come across to a question how to interpret some data shown. On this captured screen data of Feb. 02, 2022, at around 1 am.mx_u_01, mx_u_02 fields showed something related to mobile app.But user doesn’t have mobile device installed.The question is because: time was wee morning, user didn’t do any work, and user doesn’t have mobile device installed.And a lot of same processes. Is it possible to have multiple users in using 1 mobile device? If it is possible how to set it up? Since when the app is starting up, the user-id-field cannot be changed.If it’s not possible, do you know why it’s not possible to have multiple users? Hi.we experienced that ADMIN role can be overridden by other role which is Exaample:person 007 has roles ADMIN and DISPATCHER.Role DISPATCHER has setup like this: Having that setup for DISPATCHER role, the ADMIN role is overridden. Person 007 cannot modify any other person anymore. Does anybody know whether it is a correct behavior that ADMIN role can be overridden by other role which has Admin menu as READ-ONLY?Can you explain why it is setup like that?
