Hi, I wanted to know whether there is any restriction on the visibility of bundle services on mobile app. The bundles under “Computer Services and Support” are not visible on mobile. But they are visible on desktop as expected. Your early response is appreciated.Thank you in advance.
I’ve created a user alias and need to restrict some of the service catalogues. I created a customized homepage in assystNET to show only the service offering they will need. (this is all because of privacy issues) I’d like to remove the view of the services within the menu but if I can’t remove just one option, the whole menu is fine. It should be based on the user alias I created. Is there a way to do that? If so, how?
We’ve got some Service Request S records stuck open. The Tasks are complete but it looks like the complete stage was missing when they were created. There is no resolution open available on the S record in order to resolve them manually either. Any ideas on what we could do? Cancelling would send a confusing email to the user which we are keen to avoid.
In the Service Designer I want to reorder the Service Link entries. However, when I try (either by drag-and-drop or using the hotkeys) the ‘Outdated Data’ message box appears and the changes aren’t made. Sometimes it shows that the move has been completed, but when the Service Designer is reloaded or when I log into the Self-Service Portal to see they actually aren’t. I can reorder the Offerings without an issue.There’s no one else using the Service Designer or logged into the application (as this is being done in test at the moment) so there’s no user conflict possibility.How can the Service Links be reordered, please?Thanks

Hello, Recently part of our staff contacted our team asking for help with contact users telephone numbers. They told us that since the begining of the pandemic a lot of users are working from home and telephone numbers present in assyst are not up to date anymore. We tought of clearing the current data and make telephone number visible and mandatory in event logging forms. However, I could not find a bult-in mechanism to update contact user’s telephone number based after that person just logged a new event with a new value for their telephone number. Is there a bult-in mechanism to enable this or should I customize this?
Currently the selectable date/time fields in assyst defaults to 12:00am in the from date and also 12:00am in the to date field. Is it currently, or would if be possible in the future for the from and to dates to be pre-set to default to 8am and 5pm respectively to reflect business hours?

The View in Chart functionality is not allowing for modifications to the Primary & Secondary Grouping outside of Date/Time even though the Monitor in question has a Column Profile with more attributes than that.
Hello all. We are beginning to look at implementing assystChat to our IFS assyst implementation, and I am looking for information on whether the feature includes a console that shows real-time data relating to Chat. What we are looking for is a console which will show number of assyst users logged in to chat, status of each assyst user, number of chats being responded to, number of chats waiting in the queue, etc.From what I can see after installing the Chat integration in our DEV environment and in the wiki documentation, no such console exists. Does anyone have any experience with getting such data from assystChat that they can share? Thanks.
