Hi, I have Custom Field on Customer -page, Invoice -tab, which value should be entered to Customer Order -page, to another Custom Field. Trigger should be on Customer Order page, when I create new customer order and enter customer id.I have created Workflow, that “Project Action Information” has: Workflow’s inspection shows the correct value, but when I try create new Customer Order, enter customer id, the value does not appear to Customer Order -page’s Custom Field.What may be the problem? I’ve checked debugger IFS creates “GetDefaults...” -call when applying Customer ID to Customer Order -page.
Hi,I’ve generated an access view for the FACT_PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE information source.We have a requirement to also be able to query Supplier for Purchase Part data - I’ve created a Quick Dimension called QDIM_PURCHASE_PART_SUPPLIER, which I’d like to generate an access view for. I understand that the dimension must be linked to an information source fact, but I can’t figure out how to actually connect the two.I’ve tried adding the dimension on the Information Sources screen but I get an error because there isn’t a dimension ID in the fact table to join on.I’ve also tried to do it via the Custom Dimension Connections screen, but I get the following error:It think it’s possible as I spotted a screenshot in the documentation where you can clearly see some quick dimensions connected to a fact table.Thanks in advance!
Hi,There is an option already to export information source as .ins file. But I couldn’t find any option to import that file into same or another environment. I’m very grateful if anyone have idea for that. Thank you.
A beautiful good afternoon, I am currently trying to add a column from the receipt_Info view that seems to be somewhat customized. Usually I would use the “SQL Column” from the “System Info” Panel.But this one is not a regular term like “STATE” that can be used there but instead “&AO.[...]API.Decode(&AO.[...]API.[...](a list of parameters from the view)”.Can I integrate that column somehow into the information source and if so how?Best regards,Benny (Edit: typo)
In the filter Criteria, I would like to include all Revenue accounts except 3034, 3037, and 3040. however, I’m finding it only allows me to exclude one account. Is there another way to accomplish this?
A beautiful good morning to everyone! :)Is there a way to controll in an IFS BR file for the status of a purchase receipt?I cannot find the status in the light items nor in any of the linked dimensions.My current workaround would be to extract all receipts filtered for the cancelled status from the IFS App 10 GUI and add them manually to the executed report afterwards and link the status for the cancelled ones with a lookup and remove those receipts this way.Does anyone have a better idea?Manipulating the information source itself could be an option?I wouldn’t know how to do that currently, though.The overall goal is to produce a GRNI Report.Best regards,Benny
