Hi all, we face the same issue and registered this as a bug report with IFS (number CS0156512). For those interested, our bug report/reproduction of the issue is attached
@Ozgun BAL are there ways to make this info message into a blocking error message?
We are facing a similar issue. The roll-back process of customer orders past the ‘Planned’ state is very complex and not intuitive at all.
Reading the replies, I agree with the choice that was made. In one specific instance we didn't use the ‘report in’ functionality (disabled in workflowconfig) and that is the only way to get into this scenario. I will communicate with the users if they prefer one of the report in screens, to have the option to roll-back ‘completion’
@Hans Andersen we do use this functionality (through a single step) When we were using App75 sometime back, we had requested this from IFS RnD, however it has not been provided at that time. So we had to do a customization to go ahead with it. Now we use App10 and it works for all file types defined under EDM Basic in IFS. We have this popup the moment we drag and drop files from outlook, just select the Doc Class and create! Works for dragging and dropping a set of attachments at the same time too :) Hi Enzo, could you provide more detail about the set-up of this functionality? We are using Apps10 UPD9, but the only way I found to upload mails to an attachment in IFS is as described by OP (first place them in Windows Explorer and then drop to attachment in IFS).
Is there a way of attaching multiple photos to a MWO quickly, without having to select and save each one individually? I get a lot of questions from end-users about this as well. There are multiple occasions where a field engineer needs to add up to 15 pictures to a work task, and this is quite cumbersome at the moment
