Hi Robert, thabks for your answer. I have thought about it but the issue comes when we want to maintain the equipment. If I create a repair WO, on which equipement do I have to assigne the work task (serial or functional)? Thinking in the mean time I’ll have to make a return of my serial object into inventory to replace by another one. What’s the tree’s behaviour? Maybe I’ll have another serial water pump under the functional previously linked but the functional one has been created for one specific serial number (each serial pump will have its own functional pump)?
Hi @Mayura Wasantha thanks for this clear clarification. However as far I understannd even if a tool is multi site, then if we connect it to an object it becomes more restrictive to only a single site
Thanks for your answer but it does not respond entirely 😉Fisrt I think we can have a structure with the resource structure, it depends on what are needs in kind of structure… If you want to have it for costs well I understand. That’s always difficul to let customers understand why at one moment we speak about parts, another one then objects and o third one tools…Nothing better letting them lost
Hello @Yasanthi Gunawardena, thanks for this clarification. Regards,
Hi @Ozgun BAL,in fact I cannot unpeg parts becasue I already receive them via incoming dispatch advices. So parts are in inventory, the PO is closed. Wha SO means please? In any case thanks for your answer.Kind Regards
Many thanks I didn’t see it. I’ll try :)BR
Hi,there is no standard automation on your need. You can either having a lobby on PM actions still active pointed out on Out of operation equipment objects or an event or a modification (include when you change again to active...). But you maybe already know that even if the PM Action is active, the system won’t generate any work order any more because the object is Out of operation.
