They are created to represent a demand raising from an object (E.g.purchase requisition) created through an MRP Run.For example, let’s think of a manufacture part that has a purchase part as one of its components. This purchase part has its own purchase structure that includes another purchase part. If you create a shop order for your manufactured part (say qty 40,000) and run MRP for your site, the system will create a purchase requisition for the first component part for a qty of 40,000 to cater the Shop Order Material Demand (if qty per assembly=1).If you check the availability planning data for the above component Part, you will see the above purchase requisition as a supply for that part (First Screenshot). Hi @EDCLISA ,You cannot copy customer order lines to a sales quotation. In the Sales flow, even though the Customer Orders and Sales Quotation are connected, they are two different entities so you cannot directly Copy Customer Order Lines to a Sales Quotation.On the other hand, the Sales flow normally starts with a Sales Quotation and then it is converted to a Customer Order, so copying data from a Customer Order back to Sales Quotation will not be considered as a valid Business requirement. However, you should be able to use Data migration functionality to Copy data from Customer Order Line on to a Sales Quotation. Thank youGaveshi

Hi @TKGJARKKSE,In standard IFS apps 10 system, it is not possible to receive an incoming customer order message with a predefined customer agreement ID.On the other hand, if your customer has a valid customer agreement and it is excluded from Auto-pricing, you will anyway have to enter it manually after converting your incoming order to a customer order because such an agreement is not automatically fetched even for a manually created customer order. However, if your business demands having predefined customer agreement IDs in incoming customer order message you can go for a customization and thereby accomplish your requirement.
Thanks for the response. The issue I still have is creating a count report that includes parts that are lot batch tracked. Do you know if IFS allows you to create count reports with inventory parts that have data in their lot batch field? Hi @Asturge1,In standard IFS, it is possible to create a count report that includes lot tracked parts together with other type of parts. In such a count report, counting user can count quantities of individual lots. If you are using Aurena client, the lot no may not be visible by default and I suggest, you follow the steps in the below community post to add the lot number as a new column. Creating cycle count report for part with value in lot/batch number field | IFS CommunityHowever, as Tharaka mentioned, it is not possible to create a count report that only includes lot tracked parts because lot/batch number is not listed as a advanced parameter under count report equation.
Hi @PriceWarren,Yes, you can create count reports for cycle counting parts using Apps 10 Aurena client as normal and system will include all the lot tracked part fitting your counting criteria. However, I have noticed that Lot/Batch No is not included in the Count per Count Report Details (tabbed) view by default so you need to configure that to show the Lot/Batch No as a column. Please refer below screenshots.

In which environment you encountered this issue?Since Business Opportunity is a sales side functionality, I believe it is the company’s Default Sell Currency Rate Type that is used in fetching data here.So if your company 65 has currency rate type 1 defined as the Default Sell Currency Rate Type, you should define AUD to NZD rate under currency rate type 1. Please add it and check whether the issue gets resolved.
