Thank you @Mathias Dahl and @Amila Samarasinghe for you valuable inputs.
Hi @Link,You can write a trigger and check the length of the required column before insert. This will check the length and insert to the DB only if the certain condition is full filled. Regards,Dheynoshan
@EnzoFerrari, it was a bug in the application.
Hi @EnzoFerrari, I’ll update you with the findings.
Hi @EnzoFerrari, But this works without any issue in the RnD environment. So I’ll investigate further and see.Regards,Dheynoshan.
Hi @Nipuni Deshani,I did a similar investigation previously. As Sameera mentioned this type of issues mostly occurs due to the migration. I have checked the APP9 GET environment, but those APIs are not there.Check whether this customer had migrated form another version. If yes check the core environment of that version. If you still can’t find the above mentioned API in that version, it might be a customization. Regards,Dheynoshan
Hi @brantmb Since the error occurs only for some customers, the issue could be with the customer specific data like customer name, addresses, any description related to delivery. Compare those fields with the working example.-Dheynoshan
Thank you @Sameera Perera and @MadushaDissanayake for your valuable inputs. Checked the translation as you suggested and it’s already translated. Seems like the issue is not related to translation.
