Updated information: We have had to change the User email address and their corresponding Person email but not convenient to create a Distribution List just to make this work. I do have a DECODE statement in a Report Rule to check if the BUYER_EMAIL (which comes from the PERSON record) is NULL and that is where their emails are failing.
Is there any information on how to set up different calendars to be used in different components? DME is a component related to government ordering which requires using a different calendar with Federal Holidays (which we do not recognize as non-workdays). Is it part of the initial install? Is it something that can be added/adjusted as needed?
Actually this does not always work either….still found an issue with one of our reports. The one that appears to work has a image file named: ifslogbw.gif, the other one I am using is the normal IFSlogbw.gif. For the life of me I can’t remember where the lower case file came from but that’s the one that appears to work. I can’t export that image or get it into the other report.
Note: the only way I could get this to work is to put the signature in a table at the bottom out side the flow area of the report table.
In reviewing and to clarify: The images I have in the header area (not in a table) do have the keep aspect ratio and the other options. The images within cell in a table in the page body do not. These are for Media Item signatures at the end of the document. You can’t add an image directly to the Page Body and in most cases it’s not feasible to add the Signature image to the footer area since it would take up too much space.
Yes I have the same version but do not see that property or several others that you show and I have seen in the documentation.
I noticed I incorrectly labeled as App10-We are currently on Apps9. Thanks for the reply...I have set up Report Rule - Route to Connect for File Connector. In the AddressData field I used the IFS Application Server default location mapping along with the REP fields we need to include in the filename: I:\ifs\filerep1\DEV9\out\[#ReportTitle]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_PICK_LIST_REP/CONTRACT]_[@CUSTOMER_ORDER_PICK_LIST_REP/PICK_LIST_NO] --- this works perfect, no Routing Rule required BUT we need these files to actually go to a Network Location so we tried mapping a drive on the Application Server and it doesn’t like that so we will review Extended Server to see if we can set a new property for the mapped location so IFS recognizes it.Turns out the Report Rule is way easier to configure than the Routing Rules and will then be located with all the other Report Rules I am using for various printer routings and don’t have to document yet another “Rule” to manage. In the IFS Documentation they have 2
