Is there any other solutions to use beside Pacejet??? We are Gov’t contracted and we just got confirmation from Pacejet that they are NOT FedRAMP or ASW government compliant. So we can’t user them.
So we discussed that during our meeting and it still wouldn't solve the problem if we had our materials connected to an operation because we still want to pull materials off that were put on in previous operations.
Hello Rick,Yes, we do have that System Parameter default line set up as you showed but the symbol + is not on that list. Should we NOT have a parameter set at all? Would that help IFS to recognize the + symbol in our part number?
@ Thilini Kumarasinghe that fixed it!! Thank you so much.
@EnzoFerrari , Yes, we did create by RMB “ requisition to order” but the line did not change status to say it. So we put a note on line with PO number. This company has many customizations and most likely it could be the Authorization process steps taken that stops the line from showing a PO was created. Thank you for the reply!

Hello,I am new to this company and their processes but as of now there is no good work around in my opinion. Serial numbers are restrictive if not properly tracked I agree but we can’t “ relax” the master part which I assume is to uncheck it as Serial part? Due to the old serial number being in position of “Contained” we have to make an IFS transaction of some sort. Does IFS not allow any flexibility after the Serial number is closed on a Shop Order?
