MWO Initialization does not Start. Apps9

Check in the configuration and find the Ifs Apps URL and then you will see what IFS apps MWS is connected with the system. Possibility is MWS could be older version of App9 (<UPD4) or App8. In such case you can see this error.  Thanks, Kapila. I’ll try the solution.

MWO Initialization does not Start. Apps9

Hi   This looks to me as an incompatibility in TAS and MWS. What’s the IFS application instance mapped with the TAS system?  You can go to the TAS instance configuration page and find the MWS URL and make sure it’s correct. if you have access to the backend, please check it has below method ‘Mobile_Sync_Utilities_API.Clear_Sync_Data_’. Also what’s the TAS version you have down ported?     Regards Kapila According to the Investigation there is no method called 'Clear_Sync_Data' inside the Mobile_Sync_Utilities_API.

Few Users are Unable to Turn in Maintenance Surveys

Report rule to check document in to docman

Hi @atvanst  here’s an explanation to Action Properties from documentation. Hope this helps. Check In To Document Management This rule will attach a generated report automatically in to document management.   DocumentClass / DocumentNo : You can attach the generated report in to either a predefined document class or a predefined document number that is defined in document management.DocumentTitle : The title in which the report is archived in to document management.DocumentFileName : The file name in which the report is archived in to document management.ConnectedLU / KeyRef : You can specify if the generated report should be attached to an application form as an attachment. In this case you have to specify the LU and key-value pair to uniquely identify an instance in the LU. For example, if you want to attach the 'Invoice' report, in to the 'Customer Invoice' form, you need to specify the LU as 'CustomerOrder" from the ConnectLU combobox and Invoice_no as the key and a value for that
