Hi Helen, We have the same issue with Apps 9. Currently, our staff is manually validating the UK VAT using the website below. "https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/check-vat-number/enter-vat-details";as a workaround, we are planning to develop an RMB to invoke the UK Government tax validation API to validate the VAT numbers until IFS fix this issue. (1) Is this a performance issue affecting all forms and windows? (2) Is it specific to set of users or all the users of the IFSAPP9? (3) Have your isolated the fact that there is no performance drop with direct database queries? Also I would suggest your the following article; Yes it is affecting all forms in IFS All users No we haven't isolated the issue.

I think you understood me incorrectly. The test tool needs to have the functionality of automatically running test scripts and invoking IFS UI’s and API’s.
