(1) Is this a performance issue affecting all forms and windows? (2) Is it specific to set of users or all the users of the IFSAPP9? (3) Have your isolated the fact that there is no performance drop with direct database queries? Hi Helen, We have the same issue with Apps 9. Currently, our staff is manually validating the UK VAT using the website below. "https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/check-vat-number/enter-vat-details";as a workaround, we are planning to develop an RMB to invoke the UK Government tax validation API to validate the VAT numbers until IFS fix this issue.
