The solution where we delete the cancelled shop order and recreated it solved one issue. Now we have one shop order that was possible to delete, but not possible to recreate. Error Message: Cannot create Shop Order since history exists for the deleted order. I found we have labor and operation history, and still the shop order was possible to delete.Any idea how to solve this?

Yes, IFS Portal is finally available. I have tried a lot of times! No information. I have also submitted a question via the Contact Page and requested a better solution when it comes to information. It is not the first time we experience this and probably not the last. :-)

Hi,The solution from @RobinHunter solved our case.@Yasas_AK: The user had tested in another computer (same user, profile). This was not custom menu items. We also tried to clear page history and delete the 2.0 folder in C:\Users\<<User>>\AppData\Local\Apps.Thank you both for quick and good feedback!Best Regards,Anita
