@ArcElhadC So issue was that the VALID_FROM_DATE is a key field storing its date as 2024-04-04 00:00 and when using sysdate, IFS does not complain but it stores the date as 2024-04-04 12:12 (note the difference in the hours) When you delete it tries to fetch the objid/objversion using this VALID_FROM_DATE and it cannot find any record because there is a mismatch between the dates, so for IFS the object does not exist anymore. to solve it you can use this so the date from sysdate is correctly created TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(SYSDATE, 'YYYY-MM-DD'),'YYYY-MM-DD') and that will work. @kvbe Thanks for the solution! Reports not available in Document footer

There is some limited functionality using Report Rules, the Insert PDF action and PDF Inserts to add a pdf to select positions in the report layout. It’s not really a footer, but could work in some circumstances. I don’t think that the company logos would work in a report that lacks the company, like the Shipment Consolidated Picklist. For that you could use the fallback complogo or you could fetch a logo from the database based on site or sender. @Tracy Norwillo Thank you for the insightful suggestions!

Hi @ArcElhadC , I would suggest to run a quick report to compare a manually created line and a migrated one. So you can search for differences between the data. Maybe a column is not filled or something like this. BR Martina hello @Makede i did the comparaison. Manually created line and Migrated one have same value.I didn't notice any difference.

Hi @ArcElhadC In O365 admin center, you can give the mailbox user to send as other user Give mailbox permissions to another user - Admin Help - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn I assume you have checked the Send Email checkbox in your print dialog which triggers the second email. instead of that, you can set the printer to No Printout, which will still trigger the report rule and send the mail accordingly. Mail Sender configuration.

Out of curiosity, I tried to schedule a report with another user as sender in the quick report app server task and seems the functionality is working. Note that OVERIDE_MAIL_SENDER is unchecked for the mail sender configurations. If this is the same setup as you, I’m leaning towards the O365 configurations issue as suggested by @NickPorter Some time ago I saw the same problem but then the application message was failed since the mailbox doesn’t have privilege to send as another user. But it could have been changed in O365 now. Damith Hello @dsj and what did you do to fix this error . yes there is an extra backslash in there to remove.And i mean to test the macro I went to the document revision page to find the report and launched the mail sending function. But what we really want is to be able to open Outlook on the relevant page when the user is about to print and view the document.In brief i want to open outlook and add more attachments from here

Thanks for the update! Would you be allowed to share your updated macro code? Also, do you really need the macro? (see my previous comment) HELLO @Mathias Dahl here is the update macro code.we needed a feature that would allow the user to open outllok when printing or e-mailing a report. This would enable them to add another attachment, for example. Macro code allows us to open outlook, but it doesn't 100% meet our needs. Since the report has to be in the document revision page.

Hello @Mathias Dahl tank you for the answer.I’m using 23R1 version and latest Aurena Agent MSI.I was able to fix the error: it couldn't find the path to the file it was supposed to attach.

Hi Mathias, I followed above steps according to my requirement. Below I attached my VB code and Macro Setup. VB code Document Macro Setup After I press the command button “Send Mail”, It try to open up new mail but below error message pop up in the screen Do you have any idea why this is pop up? /Isuru.
