@COVJAMIEB our issue was that someone added time against a closed shop order in time registration that had everything closed, activities, projects, etc. and had been closed since 2022 in error (they made a typo)-- which then ended up causing issues for finance because then we had to re-open everything that was linked to be able to delete the incorrect entry. i thought i saw someone mention in a similar thread that in some update of Apps 10 (i believe update 14) there was a bug patch released that would give a warning error when someone was trying to register time against something that was fully closed, so we’re hoping for that patch.
we have the same question - did you ever receive an answer for this?
@Peshala Fernando did you find your answer? we’re having this same issue and we verified our calendar end date is beyond and our planned finish date and the dates are set as working days - we have no activity tied to this nor a subproject.
@TopMalinG how did you find your issue? i have verified all our dates are within range and the generated calendar has those days in there as working days.
has anyone found a response to this? we’re seeing the same issue and we turned on history tracking but we did it for time registration and it didn’t capture anything during these times.
@ShawnBerk none of the profiles work. I’m even logged in as IFSAPP and still can’t see it. when i look at my personal profile this is all i see under appviz which is under shop order.
@ShawnBerk we granted all of those and even granted it to them to the user specific permission set they have and still not showing up :(
