Is it possible to change the date format to not include time? For example we are trying to change the “Planned Start Date” for a task so that it only requires a data not a date and time. Brilliant, thanks for your help.
I could imagine that it has something to do with the role a certain user has. I believe when you assign the admin role (only for testing) to a different user it might be working. However, I’m not sure which exact function you may require to have it working - maybe IMPORTEXPORTANY? Hi, not sure what I changed but it is now working. Thanks for your help.
@IGMIGMIMXMD did you check the inforamtion in the FSM Reference Guide? You can copy FSM task information to your Outlook calendar or taks. Therfore, you have to setup the TASK_OUTLOOK_EXPORT_MODE app paramater and perform the setup in the Outlook FSM Screen.@JonWoster fyi - it’s a bit more than an one pager. :) Hi roklde, Yes I have that part (thanks for the document tho, hadn't seen that), my issue is that unless I add the admin accounts details to the settings section in the add-in, I am unable to get it to connect. I assume that in order to sync the correct calendar to the user I need to connect as them.

@IGMIGMIMXMD, Depends on the severity/priority of the case it will be varied. but a resource will attend to your request sooner. :) Well it has now been 3 days and its a priority 4, we pay a lot of money for support and given all I am asking for is access to software we pay for, I am perplexed as to what we are actually paying for?
Hi @IGMIGMIMXMD The only way you can upgrade is through the Support. Once a resource picks up the case you will be notified. Thanks for the info, is it normal for support to take 2 days to pick up a case? It is a very straight forward request and I assume a quick win for a support agent.
Hi Lloyd, this is not the latest avaialble FSM Mobile iOS App as there is always a new one with every FSM release. You should always use the same version of the App as your current FSM App Server or you can run into different sort of issues. Usually, your company needs to register for Apple Business Manager and provide the organisation ID to IFS so we can distributed the App directly to your ABM account. You can then fetch it from there either via voucher codes (valid for the registered ABM App Store region) or utilize some MDM to disrtibute to your devices automatically. I recommend to open a request for the FSM Mobile iOS 6.17 release via the IFS Service Portal https://support.ifs.com/csm/. The colleagues in support will be able to guide you. hello, i have a same problem i think. I copied PROD db to TEST db. and i am having error. There is no database information available in the my IIS web.config file. How can I update database information? Thanks. The fix for me was simply creating the missing user and then updating some of the settings in “App Params”. I just did a SQL backup of the PRODDB and restored it to the TESTDB, then added the SQL user to the DB and it all worked, I didn't have to change anything in the web.config file or IIS, however I did reset IIS after the DB restore. thanks for reply. Which method did you use to copy the database? I just did a standard SQL backup of the PRODDB, and then standard SQL restore to the TESTDB.

You can do that. But, I'd recommend creating a user similar to the one in your Test web.config in the restored database instead. Thanks so much for your help, I have now managed to get it working by creating the user as recommend. You have been a massive help!
When rerunning the installer, most probably it will bypass the database part as you’ve run the same version. Can you validate the database login available in the web.config? You may find the login info if you search with DatabaseConnectionString key word. ThanksI have found the string thanks, am I right to assume that because I have restored from the PROD database, I will need to copy the string from the PROD web.conig and replace the one in the test web.config?

Did you try the database login on installer? If so, please try to stop/ start(or recycle) the IIS. Otherwise, use ‘iisreset’ command in command prompt. Yes I re-ran the installer no problem, and did iisreset on the sever but still get the “Database not available” error on the client.

Hi @IGMIGMIMXMD, I’m not aware that the FSM or PSO Installer is disabling this DB component. I think you can enable it without any issues. I’m using the SQL Server Agent as well in our internal environments for scheduled backup jobs. Best regards Roman Thanks for the reply, feel much better about enabling it now.
Just confirming the question is about migrating from Windows Server 20212R2 to Windows Server 2019 - i.e. app server, not the database server. Lee’s reply is correct assuming that Windows Server is what you mean. Hi Jon currently he application and database are on the same server, and will need to migrated to one Windows 2019 Server
