Hi, There are 3 types of views in IFS Application Base Alternative Report Base: Usually, the base view is the view that fetches all the columns. If we have a table ABC_TAB, then the base view will be ABC. The base view doesn't have any conditions it is just select data from the table. Report: These views are connected to reports in the IFS Application. Any view created using a table or joining table and views with the name like _REP will be a report type of view. Alternative: Views created by adding new columns, conditions or joining multiple tables/views will put into this category. Custom field views _CVFand other views ending with _UIV, _PUB, _BI, _LOV, _LIST, etc; will be considered as an alternative view. Becuase these views are usually created to achieving specific functionalities.
Hi,Once you select view REPRESENTATIVE_CUSTOMER from approved details views, you need to RMB and synchronize. Now you should see both Approved and Published check boxes are ticked.Thereafter, try to validate the custom field, if the validation still fails then the problem is in the custom field you have created if not go to tbwRepresentativeCustomer and RMB Reload Configuration. Now you should see the custom field created.
Hi,You can use existing IFS core BIZApi functionalities as an examples, which can be found in ifs code-base or you can receive an official Training from consulting. /Savinda
Hi,I hope you have IFS Documentation installed (you should have actually). So, try to navigate to the path “<IFS Document URL >/foundation1/010_overview/240_integration/060_connect/200_bizapi/”As I have mentioned, for testing purposes, you may use those APIs. But BIZApi is the standard functionality to achieve your requirement./Savinda
Hi, Could you please check whether you have access to this page? https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/010_overview/240_integration/060_connect/200_bizapi/default.htm This describes everything you want. Do update me if you need further assistance. Regarding your thoughts: You have a good view of this functionality. For testing purposes, you may use those APIs. But BIZApi is the standard functionality to achieve your requirement. /Savinda

Hi Joy,If the issue still exists even after actions suggested by @Himasha Kapugeekiyanage, try the following actions.Take a backup of the user’s personal profile and keep it somewhere safe Then clear the personal profile and restart the client Check whether the issue still exists, if yes it's better you create a case for IFS Support for further investigation /Savinda
Hi Vivek,According to the status report, the http server running properly. Therefore, we need to analyze logs to find the cause of the issue. Hence, you may create a ticket for IFS and don't forget to attach an ifs-dump file.BR/Savinda
This problem might be due to the current state of the HTTP server. Could you please run script "mws-svr.cmd" which is inside <ifs-home> as the administrator with options “RESTART” and “ALL”.After that verify whether the issue still there. If issue still there, run the same script again with STATUS and post the output here.Best RegardsSavinda
