@Irene Røn Irene good day to you, how did you get on with the issue of changes to your own permission sets post upgrade? Thanking you in advance. John
Couldn’t think of the link I was thinking of:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/010_overview/210_security/045_roles/default.htm Thank you.
To do this you need to set unique REST_PORT numbers.
@Ruchira Thank you so much for replying, much appreciated. You have confirmed the same steps I had carried out previously, I just wanted to double-check.
@knepiosko Thank you for your reply. I believe that they are using Chrome.
@knepiosko The customer has tried MS Edge and the same issue occurs and have therefore logged a case with IFS.
I have managed to solve it. The answer was to still use Custom But the EXPRESSION needs to be set to:FREQ=WEEKLY INTERVAL=2
NickThank you very much for your reply, much appreciated.Check and rebuild indexes if neededI believe the indexes have been checked already and do not require rebuilding.Check the performance of the database server in general.I believe some checks were done with regards the performance of the database, I do not have any information to hand but will prompt to double-check this.If this has slowly been getting worse over time maybe look at performing some data archiving for key tables if viableFirst noticed post thanksgiving. Will look into this issueBefore anything else I’d suggest a simple DB instance and server restart if it hasn’t been done for a long timeI believe the servers have been rebooted recently - again will double check. We have been advised that there have been no updates/changes to the servers.RegardsJohn
@Alex I found to our detriment if job_queue_processes=0 in the CDB it can impair the deployment of the database objects at the _enable_rowkey CUSTOMER_ORDER_LINE_TAB stage, once you change this value to a non-zero value at the CDB level the _enable_rowkey (deployment of database objects) will continue. My colleague found the following post which resolved our issue. Thanks John
@tgriffin Could you please advise what else was missing? Many thanks.
@Srikanth I have seen and used multiple .NET based print agents on the same windows server, just had to make sure that they had different port numbers.
Woke up and remembered a better way using Text Translations.
