Hi,Please find my response for what you have raised. Do I need to Specify the Datset_id in the input file when there are many data sets? Yes. You need to.If you need to find out what happened to your request please navigate to the following path in PSOArchive-->AuditsHere, there should be a request file with the description as ‘Appointment booking’ & a plan change file with the description of ‘Schedule’. You can click on them & press ‘view changes’ to find out what has happened.Hope this helps. Cheers!

Hi @Millsen ,Yes. I think you should be able to do that. When the activity is split in PSO Resource gannt, click on it & in scheduling information tab on the right side of the screen, fix it to a dttm or to a resource.Hope this helps. Cheers!

Travelling from the last activity to starting position

Hi @Millsen,Good day to you!What you need to do is to add Start & End locations in the resource records. If both of them are the same, please add the same location. Then PSO would schedule activities in a way keeping in memory that the resource should travel to its starting location. Hope this helps. Many thanks!

Resources Not getting Visible in PSO Gantt after adding Shift

Hi @etmshiy ,Exactly. When you have added a shift to a resource, you need to trigger a file containing source data & source data parameter entities to fetch the data to scheduling workspace from planning workspace. You have the ability to set up a scheduled process in FSM to to fetch planning workspace data to Scheduling workspace. The triggering xml should be something similar to what I have attached. You may change the dataset id & rota id & execute it. You would see the rota details & resource details in Resource gannt.Hope this helps. Cheers!

List Entries Read Only in PSO

Hi @StathisM ,I tested this in PSO 6.12.0.13 which is the latest version of PSO & I was able to recreate this behavior. When fields contain dropdowns, they are not made ‘Read Only’ as desired by PSO user.This is a bug in the product. Please raise a ticket to Support so that RnD could address this issue & fix it in a later version.Many thanks!/Charith

Hi @JonWoster ,I’ve attached the Modelling schema for your reference. There are 2 ways that you could do it as I guess.1. Prepare a XML which includes rota data referring to the document2. Configure rota data in PSO & get an export of it. Then modify the exported file so that it includes only the rota data. configure it according to your requirement.The second option is easier since since the exported data would be up to the modelling schema itself & you do not need to configure it from scratch.Thanks!

Hi @JonWoster ,As per my knowledge, I do not think that shifts could be uploaded in Spreadsheet format. But, what you can do is configure a XML according to the Modelling schema which includes rota data & then upload it.Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hi @HannMat ,From your description, I understand that you are setting unavailabilities in PSO ARP. Have you made sure that the unavailabilities are synced to scheduling side? If it does not, this kind of issue could happen. You can have a scheduled job to get this done.Thanks!

How does "MaxPossibleSpeedMPS" differ from "MaxSpeedMPS"

HTM V4 Scandinavia - adjusting default travel time when route includes a ferry

Hi @Charlotta C ,Unfortunately, there is no method to adjust the default travel time when the planned route contains ferry travels. when there are ferry travels PSO would give a travel time which can be higher or lower than the actual travel time. In your case, it is higher. The reason for this is that PSO cannot incorporate ferry schedules into HTM. This is a known limitation of HTM.Hope this helps. Cheers!

How does IFS calculate travel time and how is travel time shown in GANTT?

Hi,Please find the below elaboration.Straight line -PSO takes the straight line distance between 2 points & calculate the distance. Then it is divided by 60 kmph to arrive at the travel time HTM- This is a Map divided into metices & is prepared by PSO RnD. When calculating travel time, the road network is verified against BING Maps & travel time is calculated TOM TOM - This is a Real time travel data provider like Google maps. PSO is able to fetch the real time travel data which include Traffic data. The first method is freely available in PSO. But, a customer need to purchase the other 2 (HTM & TOM TOM) If they need to benefit from more accurate travel times. Thanks!

Notification to technician for the work task assigned

Hi @HDZRISHABH ,You can achieve this by configuring a Business Rule.1. For NotificationCreate a custom process with type, Notification & fill in the required parameters. Then create the Business rule entering the appropriate rule inputs.2. For EmailI think this could be achieved by an XML type business Rule. As above, create a custom process with type, XML & then create a business rule with that using appropriate Rule inputs & conditions. Configure the XML message such that an email is sent whenever a Task is assigned to the particular technician.Hope this helps. Cheers! :)
