HiI’m having trouble with Invoice Authorisations. I have a routing for invoices up to £50K for one of our code parts, that requires two people to authorise. Both are set up with a limit of £50K the ‘Invoice Posting Authorisers’. I’ve tested the first authoriser changing this to someone with a lower limit but IFS allows that new person to authorise the line – why is that? This is the routing, showing two colleagues required, both with £50K as their limit. I had step 10 change this to another colleague with a limit of £20K (below) and IFS allowed her to authorise. Does the new authoriser inherit the limit from the person who changed it i.e giving the new colleague the limit of £50K from the original authoriser? It was changed to Camilla but it let her authorise. I don’t want this to be allowable. Is there any way to stop this from happening?ThanksDerek
Good afternoonCan anyone how to use IFS in order to use the RETCREDIT transaction code? We need to return certain goods to suppliers at the point of receipting them and we’re stuck as to how to do this. I was looking through the transaction codes and found RETCREDIT but I’m not sure where to use this in IFS?ThanksDerek
Hi everyoneOur system appears to have stopped posting machine overhead to the accounts when a shop order is completed. I’m looking at the work centre that is used and the value is only on cost set 2 and not in cost set 1 (inventory value) - will this be the issue? Thanks, Derek
HiCan you advise of the best ‘authorisation routing option’ when you want to have multiple persons authorising a PO? Should this be set to ‘Include All Steps and Consider Limits’ For example, for a PO raised between £200k and £250k, I need to have 5 authorisations as follows. All authorisers have various limits set up. Can someone confirm that this will work in this order? Thanks
Hi allIs there a way to get this report into Excel, rather than a PDF? We don’t have the business reporter function ready yet and I can’t interrogate this report if it’s in PDF format. Thanks
I’m having trouble with IFS and selecting more than 1 option at a time? This is a new system to me and the organisation that I work for so I apologise for the silly question. I think this is just not an option on IFS but perhaps someone can confirm? Can you select more than 1 country at a time? Thanks
