When a Tool/Equipment object is used on a Project Activity.What is the best screen for recording those Hours on a Tool/Equipment object for a Project Activity ?
Has anyone used PM Actions to generate a Work Order of a type that represents a Pre-Start check ?The PM Action functionality can be used to generate this type of Work Order weekly or daily on selected Assets.The generated work order then serves as a platform to execute a survey to run through the pre-start checklist questions on the Technician Portal. It also serves as a platform to create any new or additional work identified during the checks. This also drives the workflow for the completion of the checks and the digitalisation of the checklist responses.Also, interested to see other ways in which Pre-Start checks on machinery can be handled in IFS Cloud.
IFS cloud 22R2I was able to initiate the Ad hoc Work Reporting wizard and move to the stages but when I reach the Materials section, my attempts to populate the Part Availability for Issue Material section is not successful.I have tried several different combinations such as using the apply and reset buttons but I cannot seem to populate with any values. Has anyone successfully worked on this section ? Any tips to get this to work ?
Has anyone integrated IFS apps with Teletrac Navman previously to obtain measurements such as vehicle odometer readings, operating hours and GPS Tracking data (x,y co-ordinates) etc. ?Or even similar software. Do you have any experiences to share ?
