Hi All,I’m having one of those days where you ask 5 people the same question and you get 5 different answers back!I have IFS Cloud 21.1.6 ( Artefacts 2.3.1, Binaries 2.1.1 ) installed , I have 3 deliveries in the build place to apply:22.1.0 ( Artefacts 2.4.0, Binaries 2.2.0 ) 22.1.2 ( Artefacts 2.4.0, Binaries 2.2.0 )22.1.4 ( Artefacts 2.4.2, Binaries 2.2.1 )To make this question useful to all readers, I have 2 questions:What is the most efficient way to apply ALL 3 deliveries? What is the most efficient way to apply 1 delivery?Only detailed step by step answers allowed, screenshots are always worth extra points, and NO links to tech docs allowed (that will make me grumpy).Once we have an accepted answer I’ll send it to IFS to update the documentation with. The only semi-useful information I could find was here:https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/070_remote_deploy/040_upgrading_system/010_preparing_server/50_windows_managementserver/https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r1/070_remote_deploy/03

We currently do not have any antivirus exclusions set up on our AV suite (Trend Micro Security Agent) on our IFS Oracle DB/Middleware servers (12c Ent/Apps 9).Does anybody want to contribute to this topic regarding best practice? Or what you decided to implement and why?We are doing some work on DR scenarios and noticed during our testing that AV was causing some user login delay - hence the conversation. Thanks in advance,Pete
Steps to recreate:I am using iOS, IFS Scan IT (version 22.3.500.0) Login as user.Go Main Menu > select any transaction e.g. Counting > Start Count ReportError Appears:Warehouse Data CollectionThe given key ‘AurenaPageSubHeader’ was not present in the dictionary. Anyone seen this? BugReport attached - no errors can be found in Aurena Client. Thanks!
Looking to start a conversation with users that have similar requirements/processes and maybe even a solution that you wouldn’t mind sharing. All parts get setup in our PDM system and and are configured in the form of an Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM). These EBOMs are generally built from the bottom up and contain every part needed to cost the final product. These BOMS may feature Technical, Design and Electrical parts. We need to bring these parts into IFS in the form of a product structure that is configured for manufacturing (MBOM).These MBOMs differ from EBOMS as the component parts may be combined in different ways in order to best facilitate the manufacturing process (effectively create sensible Shop Orders in IFS). If this resonates with anyone on this forum please reply. Many thanks,Pete

Hopefully not me having a Monday moment... I have 3 Custom LUs: LU1 KEY: MODEL_NO, REV_NO (Persistent Number Fields) LU2 KEY: MODEL_REF (Persistent Reference Field, ultimately the OBJKEY from LU1) LU3 KEY: MODEL_REF (Persistent Reference Field, ultimately the OBJKEY from LU1) I want to navigate from LU3 → LU2 via the KEY (MODEL_REF). At VIEW level there are 2 columns MODEL_REF and MODEL_REF_DB. I have used ERROR_SYS.Record_General to peek at the values behind each key; the results are interesting: MODEL_REF (2019-12-02_16-16-43.jpg) - This value matches the one shown in debug console when loading the screen MODEL_REF_DB (2019-12-02_16-21-14.jpg) - “Invalid Type definition” error... Can someone make this work?
