Hello IFS community,I would like to know if there is any possibility to build specific approval process/workflow for any record in IFS. In my case, I want to build the approval process for changing one attribute on Sales Part and it needs to be approved by 2 people (so the related Task is not an option). We have 22R2 IFS Cloud version. Hello, in IFS Cloud, we can see that not all standard IFS fields have the field description and this is also missing for custom fields. Is there a way how we can add the description for needed fields?Thank you
Hello, we have noticed that excel export from Object Balance Analysis in Aurena is missing these columns: Acc Depr Total, Net value, Acc. Depr Total in Parallel Currency, Net Value in Parallel Currency. All columns have in Page Designer in field Control = computedfield. Do you know if this can be bypassed some how? We are using 21R2 for now.Thank you
In IFS Cloud 21R2, there is insufficient information in page help for each screen comparing to the page help in IFS10 - the page description is missing and the links for tabs are not present.IFS CLoud page help for Incoming Dispatch Advice: The same in IFS10: Do you know if this is the final state of the page help? Hello, in IFS Cloud on 21R2 version we are missing functionality that would allow to show all records in the list without need to click on the button 'Show more' on the end of the list (it is very inconvenient in case of more than 100 records). I understand that current 'Show next' approach should optimize the performance but in the Record selector next records are loaded automatically once user reach the end of the list. Can this automated load be turned on also in standard list?
Hello, we are aiming to introduce Aurena client to all our endusers and I am trying to find some video or training on how to control the Aurena client. I am looking for really the basics like how to use the search, how to change the column order, … I know presentation and video from Mr. Corrigan (https://www.gotostage.com/channel/4c8b006abd3344ea9a62605ba7c00c31/recording/6d7f101539db4b8e8b8cbeab5241a57f/watch) but it is too long and too much information for daily IFS users who need to open IFS, perform the task and close it. As Aurena user, I would like to have some confirmation once I try to export some data from list to Excel. Once I choose Export option there is nothing which would tell me that export is running. Is there a way how to add this? And can I open another screen while the export is running or it will be stopped?
Hi,we are using the Notes for Order Reports to guide the user how to fill the input parameters. The Notes are packed as default in Aurena. Is there a way how to set that Notes are unpacked as default? Thank you
Once I change the columns order or the visibility in Aurena, the change is correctly saved but I can not see it in my personal profile. Here is an example, I have changed lines on Customer Order like this:But in my profile I see only these changes: Does it mean that changes are saved somewhere else? Or they are not visible from any client?Thank you for your answers
