Hello I am looking for a possible option for below concern.I have a customer who is looking to move to doc man from a third party tool.Lets say this customer has 2 companies, and both companies use the same document class. For example document class 100.Customer wants to restrict the document access based on the users in the companies. Lets say Company A users shouldn’t be able to view the documents Related to Company B users even all of them using the same document class.I know we can restrict the access based on the document class, is there any other method? Thanks,Chamath

Hello Team,I am looking into this Document Transmittals solution and its interesting.I have a doubt on how these documents are send or receive. In here documents can be sent as a hardcopy, by e-mail or shared on an FTP server.Does that mean if we use Email, then we can send the documents through application messages? Or is this function just for the reference purpose? I searched thorough community as well and mixed messages were there. Thanks,Chamath

Pre-requisites“Generate SSCC” enabled in Handling Unit Types windowCreate a packing instruction and connect the HU type Create a Manufacturing part and set up product structure and routing with a component part and create a shop order and connect the packing instruction. Process the Shop order until to Receive step. ( Release > Reserve > Report Operation > Issue)Perform “Receive” User can see, “Create SSCC” option is enabled and when perform the Receive, SSCC numbers are generated and can view them in Inventory part in Stock. Hello Community,I am trying to refill the remote warehouse using the shipment orders. For that I have configured my remote warehouse assortment as below.Cloud version - 22R2Note - This part that I am using to refill its “Condition Code Enabled”. I received few parts to my central warehouse with a condition code. Stock is available in the central warehouse to refill the remote warehouse. But when I try to refill, I am getting an error message of “ Condition code functionality is enabled in the part catalog record for this part. You mist enter a condition code”. But this works fine for condition code not allowed parts. Any idea on this?Am I missing any basic data in here? Can this be a Bug in the cloud version 22R2? Thanks,Chamath
