Hi,I have added documents on the Work List tab on Work Task Template and then created a work Order and added Work Task Template to the Work Order, then all Work List Lines will be copied from Work Task Template to the Work Order Work Task tab, but connected documents are not copied. So, I tried to use the Object Transformation connection, but I couldn’t get it working.Do you know how to set up a Transformation method for this requirement?(Please see the attached pictures) Target LU : Work Task : JtTaskSource LU : Work List : TaskTemplateRole
How can I change local checkout path ?It is not automatically set, after first time of checking in/out the document, and it is not possible to change it in the User setting even if the user has document admin access.
Is there any way to have all documents in the document structure updated/transferred to the latest Released Revision automatically?Following setup is when document connected to an Object, do we have something similar for document Structure when it is not connected to any object in the application?Document Default Values: DB Column: KEEP_LAST_DOC_REV , Object : Document Reference ObjectLatest Released Revision (R): when a new Revision of the Document is Released, the Object Connection will be transferred to the latest Released Revision
I have created a Schedule for a Period length = 56 days with the following pattern:4 weeks (28 days) with Day Type: 24 hours work in 2 shiftsand 4 weeks with Day Type: Non-working days (0 hour). When I generate a calendar, it is just containing the working hours.Non-working hours are not generated for the 5th to 8th weeks.Pictures are attached.
In cloud , Field "Remark" is Available on "Work Task" →"Additional Info", but it is not available on "Work Task" Line in "Prepare Work Order" Page. Hope that RnD can add it for Cloud as it is available in Apps 9 and 10. Please see the attached pictures.Case : CS0099191 has also been created for this issue.
Is it possible to configure so that the Work Order Status doesn’t follow the Work Task Status?
