I’m trying to install PSO 6.11.0.22 on OpenShift and I’m getting the error: “Helm 3.9+ must be installed and available in your PATH to be able to deploy to Kubernetes.” when running the installer. I’m working though a middleware clustering proof of concept in a development environment using IFS 10. I’m following the instructions here: https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/Foundation1/020_installation/020_installing_fresh_system/040_installing_ifs_applications/030_deploy_middle_tier/hidden_itd/200_configure_cluster_nodes.htm?nobanner=trueI’m down to step 5 under the heading Extending the Cluster. When I run ./cluster.sh in the folder <ifs_home>/instance/<instance>/bin I enter create, y, and the password. The script runs for a moment and then says: Warning: Could not find file <ifs_home>/ifsdoc/doc_node.conf to copy.Which is entirely reasonable since the cluster.zip file doesn’t include an ifsdoc folder when I extracted it into the <ifs_home> directory. Has anyone else successfully clustered IFS 10 middleware and have any insight into what I’m doing wrong?
I am looking at the Change Request screen. When I click Attachments, select the Documents tab and click Create New this Create New Document dialog appears:Is there a way to edit this dialog with Page Designer? The users are asking if the text: “Enter a document class.” can be changed.
In IEE I have a drop down menu that should have its contents filtered based on the content of another drop down. To do this in IEE: Navigate to the screen to be configuredRight click on pageSelect Conditional Fields… from the context menuSelect the fieldAdd Value SetPlace a check next to the fields I want displayedSet the Type, Column, Operator, and Value And then in IEE when I select the specified value in the drop down then the first drop down menu is filtered to only the fields that had a check mark next to them on the Conditional Field Actions dialog. This is working great in IEE. When I go into Aurena I expected the conditional field config to apply to the page in Aurena as well. When I set the second drop down to the value that is configured in the Conditional Field Actions the first drop down has all of the fields listed instead of the filtered list. Does Aurena Support Conditional Field configuration and if so how do I configure it? I am on IFS 10 update 7. Thanks, Gene
I created a Persistent Text custom field with the Clickable Hyperlink attribute checked. I then set the field to be visible on the page in IEE. After putting a URL in the field the text displays blue with a line under it and ctrl + clicking will launch the browser and navigate to the URL. This is the behavior I would like to see in Aurena as well. In Aurena when I add the field to the page the URL displays as text without looking like a link. Is there a way to make it look and act like a clickable hyperlink?
I created a custom page based on a projection in Aurena. I added it to the Navigator using Navigator Designer. The entry shows up in Navigator and when I click it the page shows the page title but without any content. If I go into Page Designer I see my page content. If I make a change, save, publish, revert change, save, publish, and exit Page Designer the content displays. I am on IFS 10 update 9. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround? This only applies to a custom pages and I don’t see this behavior with Standard pages.
I am trying to configure the ChangeRequestHandling projection to add the existing ApprovalRouting entity to the existing Change Request page. After setting ApprovalRouting as the Configured Entity and setting the Entity Associations I expected to be able to find the Approval Routing entity in Page Designer when configuring the Change Request page after adding ApprovalRouting to the projection but don’t see it there.If I add the projection to an ACP I get the error message:Dependent objectsINFO: This item uses other configurations. The followingwere also added to the package: “ApprovalProcess”Custom Logical Units “”The Custom Logical Unit “ApprovalRouting” which is usedby the Projection Config”ChangeRequestHandling” wasnot automatically added to the package because theCustom Logical Unit definition was not found. Why is Aurena looking for a Custom Logical Unit instead of the Standard LU?This is with IFS 10 update 9.
I added a custom field to a page in Aurena with Page Designer. The field shows on the page in preview mode through Page Designer. I clicked save and publish and exited Page Designer. At this point the custom field was no longer displayed. If I re-enter Page Designer the custom field shows in preview. If I wait an hour or so the custom field will start displaying on the page without needing to be in Page Designer. Is there something I need to run to cause changes in Page Designer to display on the page after clicking save and publish?I am using IFS 10 update 9.
I created a custom Aurena Page and added it to an Application Configuration Package. In IEE on the Application Configuration Package screen one of the items in the ACP is of type Aurena Page Group. When I right click on the Aurena Page Group item and select Export Item I get an error message stating: “Error occurred in XML processing”. If I View Detail on the error I see: “Failed executing statement (ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processingORA-00904: "T"."NAVIGATOR_VISIBLE": invalid identifierORA-06512: at line 15ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_XMLGEN", line 237ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_XMLGEN", line 271”If I remove the Aurena Page Group item from the Application Configuration Package then the Export function for the ACP works. While the Aurena Page Group is an item in the ACP the export fails. I am on IFS 10 update 9. Any thoughts?
