I am trying to configure the ChangeRequestHandling projection to add the existing ApprovalRouting entity to the existing Change Request page. After setting ApprovalRouting as the Configured Entity and setting the Entity Associations I expected to be able to find the Approval Routing entity in Page Designer when configuring the Change Request page after adding ApprovalRouting to the projection but don’t see it there.

If I add the projection to an ACP I get the error message:

Custom Logical Units “”

The Custom Logical Unit “ApprovalRouting” which is used

by the Projection Config”ChangeRequestHandling” was

not automatically added to the package because the

Custom Logical Unit definition was not found.

 

Why is Aurena looking for a Custom Logical Unit instead of the Standard LU?

This is with IFS 10 update 9.

there are 2 separate issues here, which should be reported to IFS Support 

  1. ChangeRequestHandling projection doesn’t seem to make configured entities available in page designer
  2. IFS should not be trying to add a standard LU to the ACP.
