Hi, in the mobility Edge completion screen, our customer would like the checkbox “Send email with report...” be only displayed, to prohibit technicians from unchecking this checkbox.As no moe exist for this and this checkbox is not available in the mobile customizer, do you know if this feature will be available shortly ? Hi, In France we are UTC+01:00. If we have a customer who is UTC more than UTC+01:00, for example a japan Customer (UTC+09:00), and a technician who is also UTC+09:00, then there is a problem in a SV with the activity start date control.When you create a service order, the open date is ok, populated automatically in customer Day/time. In France I create the SV at 16:40 (15 february) local Time, in the SV the open date automatically populated is correct : 00:40 (16 february).If the technicien starts his activity one hour later than the SV open date, then the double-click on activity start date field populate automatically 01:10 (16 february), that is OK. But a blocked message is sent to the user : “Start date cannot be in the future”. I think that this is a bug, no ?
Hi, Could you give us the rule to allocate parts in the Allocation Batch module, because with the sorting method « Due Date », it doesn’t produce the expected results. The Due date of the documents listed in the Allocation Batch module is not taken in account to allocate products. In V14 it was OK. In Log Viewer, I don’t find any order_by Due Date. I have just found a sort on the last reception date in bins, regarding I think the bins to choose when a demand quantity can be allocated from different bins. But no sort by Due Date.Thanks for your helpPhilippe
Hi, when a new address is created and sent to Google to geocode it, Google return to Alliance the Lattitude / Longitude for this address. But does Google return also the geocode level of precision ? For Example for a town you sent the address 123 Church hill road, but in this town the number 123 doesn’t exist, and the Lat/Long returned by Google if for the nearest number for instance 115.Thanks by advance
Hi, In an external Repair order, if you realize a vendor exchange, then after the receipt of the part sent by the vendor, in the RP you can select “Return to stock” in the lookup of the field “Product disposition” (resolve screen). But if you realise the product exchange through a Bulk PR, then after the receipt of the part sent by the vendor, in the RP you don’t have anymore the option “Return To stock”. Why it is not possible in this case to return the product to inventory ?Thanks by advance
Hi, When you want to delete the component of an inventory item (following a uninstallation) you have a blocking message “Site is mandatory” and you cannot go further. Why this message ? Below, the case. You have 2 installed items (IT01 and IT02) on a site, that has been installed through a Service Order. The installed item IT02 is then added as component of the istalled item IT01.Then in a service order you uninstall the IT01 item, with the option “Return to inventory”.The IT01 is now an inventory item, with it’s component IT02. ==> You cannot delete the component because you have the blocking message “Site is mandatory”.NB. In V14 you don’t have this message, and can delete the component IT02. But (strange) after deletion, the component IT02 becomes installed item on the site were it was. Why doesn’t it become an inventory item in the wharehouse where it has been returned with the IT01 ? Thanks by advance for your answer
Hi, in a service order Activity, when the ETA date (field “estimated_dt”) is in the past, then when the techncian in mobility Edge click on the button “Start travel”, the activity ETA Date is automatically updated by the date when the technician has clicked on this button. What is the reason for this update ? (Our customer is in V15.4, it was already like this in V14). What are the other cases of an automatic updtate of the “estimated_dt” field? I know that if you modify the ETA Date (field eta_date) in the header, and the “estimated_dt” field was never modified by a user, then it is automatically updtated by the new value of the “eta_date” header field. Are there other cases ?Thanks
Hello, I have created a non inventory part serialized that will be installed (product) on a customer site. In the part record : “serialized” is checked, “Part To Product” is checked, “adjust stock” is UNchecked. In my request, I have added a new Part Usage Line with my Non Inventory Part (Line code = installed), and at “Save”, a pop’up is displayed for Non inventory parts to allow the user to enter the serial number that has been installed on customer site (note that the serial number entered is unknown in FSM Database until we enter it in this pop’up (that is what is expected, good). After that, there is the product on customer site with this serial number. All is correct. BUT, for my Non Inventory part I can use Logistic Manager/ Miscellaneous adjustment and create a receipt for this part, with a serial number. Then, in Stock Search I find it, usable, quantity 1. ==> How, for a non inventory part I can prevent to generate stock quantities ?
