We use Traces to find various issues on Mobile Work Order Apps. Essentially, what enabling Traces does is it logs every type of call (Database Calls, Application Code, Call Sequence, Stub Arguments) from Client to Server to see what happens Under the hood and Find solutions to the issue. Using traces, we can Track calls & actions from Client to Server (Backend). Enable TracesTo enable Traces, We need to select a user affected by a particular issue. On “IFS Enterprise Explorer,” please go to the “Explore Mobile User” window and Right Click on the user. Then select “Show Details.”Next, On the “Installed Apps/Devices” Tab, select the relevant device and Right Click on the Record. Then go to “Edit App/Device Settings…”In the Opened Dialog Box Check, “Enable traces” Check box Select Detailed Radio Box. Then, Check the relevant Check Boxes from the “Generate Traces for” Group. Hi Team, One of our customers has below question & I would like your help on it, What values on FSM Resource (threesixty_resource) will send an update to PSO? For example, we want to increase all resources travel time and out of region multiplier but updating these values and reinitializing PSO we do not see an update. Are there ANY fields on this table that FSM will send to PSO? Doing these mass updates in PSO is problematic and it is easier to import an update in FSM vs one record at a time. Hi, A customer has the following issue, When a user completes a Work Order he has to complete a Survey and this is mandatory. but the issue is there are 2 users which cannot complete the survey.in logs, a users Employee ID is showing as “100044JNEFF” and there is no employee as “100044JNEFF”there are 2 employees registered for the same user, and their employee ids are “JNEFF” and “100044”. somehow these 2 ids are getting mixed and taken as one employee id. initially, I thought, terminating one employee would solve the issue but it didn’t. the issue still occurring for the same users.any and all ideas and solutions are welcome, Thanks in Advance.
