I have created a job for the user base that is printing picking lists as IFS App, when the user runs picking lists manually there is no issue, but running as a scheduled process the print fails with the following error (we are running Apps 9) - Unable to get database connection. (Transaction BEA1-7CAF5733F485BAAA5AB5 not active anymore. tx status = Marked rollback. [Reason=weblogic.transaction.internal.AppSetRollbackOnlyException: setRollbackOnly called on transaction]) Caused by: Transaction BEA1-7CAF5733F485BAAA5AB5 not active anymore. tx status = Marked rollback. [Reason=weblogic.transaction.internal.AppSetRollbackOnlyException: setRollbackOnly called on transaction] If anyone can advise a solution, it would be appreciated. Thanks
Please can anyone help. We have a user who is using the MWO application on their laptop, for some orders they have started seeing the “On Route” button on the screen (top right in the screen shot attached). We do not know what is causing this to appear, as far as we are aware there has been no change in permission sets. It is not our intention that the users should see this button and we need to understand why this button is now appearing. ThanksAndy

Hi Guys,At present, if an employee fills in the Employee Objectives and Activities session an email is sent to the Employees Manager. If the Manager then makes changes on the same screen, it appears that the manager is notified of his own changes and not the end employee. Is there a setting that will allow the employee as well as the manager to get emails from this window when changes are made? Thanks
Hi Community, Please can you help - Does anyone know if IFS supports using Automatic Memory Management of Oracle 19c Database Instances? ThanksAndy
Hi all, We are installing a new SSL Certificate into our system, in order to get the print agent to work coreectly on a separate server I need to generate a new ifsKeystore.jks file located in -E:\IFS\IFSExt\IFSx\ohs\config\fmwconfig\components\OHS\instances\IFSx\keystores\ifs(x=environment name)When running Re-Configure I cab see a line hat says creating keystore, but this file is not being updated. I have tried renaming the file out of the way and running the reconfigure again, but still no new file is created. Can anyone give me some advice? ThanksAndy
We recently start using SSL on our environment (IFS App9), we are running multinodes, we also have a separate, Touch App server, Database Server (running Oracle 12c), print server, Connect/Integration server. Are there any procedures/documentation on how to apply the new SSL certificates to the relevant components of the system. We recently have had to replace an expired certificate and although I think we have just about managed it, we had several problems. It would be nice to know if there were proper procedures to follow. ThanksAndy
