Hello Community!! I need to disable the order attachement button in Customer Support orders in Security Setup.We need to capture notes for future site reference and Agents are consistently clicking the wrong button.
Hello wonderful people of the community!!!I’m trying to set up partner portal in V15.1 for a new vendor and created a vendor contact. I created the vendor, and created new Vendor contact and assigned security role.When I log into the portal and set the password, I get an error message stating “The product ‘iVendor’ is unavailable”.Any ideas or suggestions to clear the error?
Oh great people of the community! I need some help and suggestions 😎Starting this week. several UAT testers are unable to log into Alliance from PC and encounter error message “The type initializer for 'AsteaAO.SecurityManager' threw an exception”.There are no errors on the server, and errors are only in the client event logsSometimes deleting the XML file in the Astea temp folder works, sometime uninstall and reinstall works, and other times mutliple attempts to log in will work.
I recently disabled a few inbound API, no longer in use, from Integration Editor . Afterwards I started to see warning messaged in the server event logs “Failed to synch Asmx file for ApiWrapper beacuse it is not exists in the shared location …. Error details: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. “Any suggestions to clear issue?
Dispatch Console users are reporting issues with Google Maps and getting error message “An error occurred while trying to load the map : Error while loading map canvas. Save the Event log so that it can be sent to Astea for analysis”
I have one DSE session with all orders failing allocation with reason “Exclude from DSE - Invalid data”. I do not see any errors in the DSE server event logs.Anyone have any suggestions to resolve issue?

Where is the manual assignment reason and comments stored in 15.1 database? It’s no longer in the demand table (previous versions) or in the order change log (15.x version)..
I need to cleanup Customer Portal license assignments. I have a large number of contacts that are no longer active and still have license assigned, plus I have another 50 or so accounts I need to deactivate and remove licenses.There may be some accounts that have never created an order and I may be able to delete the account. I assume any contact that has created an order will be lockedWhat would be the recommended method to remove Customer Portal license from a contact?
I recently installed HF9 & HF10 for 15.1 and several periodic process flows have stopped. I’ve reviewed all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in the Process Flow User Guide, and not able to recover. Rebuilding the process works but that’s not a task I want to deal with.Anyone else run into this issue after updating or better yet have a super secret method to kick start the failed process flows?
