HiI know that IFS 8 is not supported on Windows Server 2016 or later but did anyone actually tried to install it on that platform?We have IFS8 installation that needs to run for few more years as archive only (not in active use) and IT does not want to manage Windows 2012 any more. We installed IFS Cloud (22R2 SU2) in environment with restricted access to internet and found out that IFS Cloud page does not works after login. Layout of the page and navigator does not looks as usual and page is unusable.Investigation shows that IFS is fetching data (font?) from external source (https://fonts.googleapis.com/) and since all external access is disabled, page is not presented correctly. Hi We are migrating huge amount och customer data (28000 customers) in IFS10 UPD6 usend FNDMIG and that process is taking huge amount of time. It seems that “Duplicate Check” process is the problem and since we don’t need that check (data is already checked for duplicated) we wants to deactivate that (duplicate check). Is that possible?I unchecked “Active” flag on “Duplicate Check Action Setup” and “Duplicate Check Rule” but that has no effect (duplicate check is still preformed). Neno Solaja
I’m creating new topic since existing solutions did not work for us.We have newly upgraded IFS Cloud 22R1 SU2 and some users gets Error: "No access; Your system administrator has not granted permission to complete that action"directly after login. If they press OK it seems to work fine.After some investigation, we found out that errors disappear if we grant “FULL” permission set to user and it will not show again even if we remove “FULL” permission set from the user until the user clear browser cache (!?). Any idea?

In IFS10 (and previous versions) there is BizAPI ConnectivityProcessingHandler:LoadInboxMessage that can load IN_MESSAGE and IN_MESSAGE_LINE from a XML.I cannot find equivalent Projection in IFS Cloud.Do you know if there is such projection and the name of that projection? Neno
It seems that oracle user is no longer required when IFS User is created in IFS Cloud.So, when IFS Cloud is set to use Internal IDP for user authentication, where is the user password stored? If there is Oracle user for the IFS user, will Oracle password be used at all? Neno
It seems that IFS Touch Apps Cloud is hawing issues right now.We are getting timeout from Time Tracker app.How can those issues be reported? It seems that we cannot use LCS for that. Upplink server and IFS applications are up and running. (we are using IFS9 and TimeTracker 2.1.8 on IFS Cloud - not internal Touch Apps server). Neno
Hi Customer is using Azure AD authentication and want to use CRM Panel Outlook Add-In (IFS CRM Panel v10.4.0.0). But Login from Outlook is not working is Azure AD authentication is used. When you press “Log In” in CRM Panel, Azure AD authentication page pops up and after entering e-mail address and password, it just show “Log In” page of CRM panel again. (when using Database authentication, it works fine). We configured Azure AD App registration as described in IFS help files . Customer is using IFS Applications 10 UPD5. Hi we are trying to set up Single Sign On SSO on environment that is authenticating against Azure AD.Azure AD authentication is working fine but when we try to set up SSO (check box “Use Single Sign-On” on login dialog) according to steps in IFS Online documentation we get error message.Launch the IFS Enterpris Explorer client using the IFS Applications landing page. While the application is opeing keep pressing the "Shift" key. The following dialog will appear. Tick the tick box "Use Single Sign-On" and press OK. User's corporate email address will be used as the login hint and user will be seemlessly logged in to IFS Enterprise Exlporer. No login dialog to enter user id or password will appear. When I execute “Application Monitoring” - “PL/SQL Access Provider configuration test” is returning 0 instead of 1 (SELECT Plsqlap_Server_API.Ping_Result__ FROM sys.dual) I checked connection string, ACL and SSL setup and everything seems OK and rest of IFS is working fine (except IFS Business Reporting report ordering). Hi IFS seems to recommend use of multitenant database (container database + pluggable database) when installing IFS10 (at least that setup is described in help files) but since only one PDB per CDB is supported I can not really see any advantage of using multitenant setup. So, why use multitenant database (instead of single instance)? Neno Solaja
