We recently updated from FSM 6u6 to 6u15, and have run into an issue with the mobile app where new messages are not populating to the mm_message_out table to be sent to mobileNo sync rules have changed, scheduled process for perform_mobile_replication is running, and audits have not changed.Using the Sync Rule Analyzer shows the expected number of rows returned, but those rows never make it to the mm_message_out table to be processed to mobileIs there anywhere else I should be looking to solve this?
We are currently running FSM 6u6 on SQL Server 2017 and are in the process of upgrading to FSM 6u15 on the same SQL Server 2017. I’ve realized that during previous upgrades (during which we upgraded from SQL Server 2008 to SQL Server 2017) we didn’t update the Compatibility Level of the database storing FSM data.Currently the Compatibility Level of the database holding FSM data is set to level 100 - is there any reason not to update the Compatibility Level of that database to 140? We’d like to take advantage of newer functions for reporting, and I’m hoping the new cardinality estimator and adaptive query processing feature will speed up performance at least for reports. If anyone has any experience with this I’d appreciate advice as I’m not a DBA
I’m running into an issue where when a task is re-assigned (or un-assigned), the mobile app never updates or removes the task from the original assignee’s mobile app. I figure it has something to do with extracts, but I cannot figure out exactly what...
The “Pick Complete” box on Requests/RMAs states “Indicates whether part needs cannot be picked until all part needs are allocated.”When mass print picking, default behavior is for picklists to be broken by “Ship Via” and “Promised Date”Is there a way to “Pick Complete” for only the individual picklists rather than then entire request?Example:On one request2 fully allocated Part Needs for Promise Dt 2021-09-081 backordered Part Need for Promise Dt 2021-09-151 fully allocated Part Need for Promise Dt 2021-09-15If the Request is set to “Pick Complete” no picklists will be generated. I would like to be able to “Pick Complete” for the Part Needs due 09-08 and leave the Part Needs due 09-15 until they can be fully allocated. Is that possible? -Ethan
I am attempting to re-initialize a mobile device from the Mobile Dashboard screen (Mobile Dashboard > Right click on device > “Initialize Device”) which works - the INIT messages gets pushed to the mobile device, the mobile device initializes and everything works until you log out. After logging out on the mobile app, when you try to log in next (using the same password as before initializing) the app says the password is invalid. No changes have been made to the person record, nothing done except “Initialize Device”
I’ve updated the design and saved the revision on my phone in the designer, but all the other users are still seeing the old design until they manually go to Admin > Refresh Design Data. Is there any way to push out an update to all devices with the new design?
I am attempting to get the Mobile app to update the TASK.ACTUAL_TRAVEL_START_DTTM field with the current time when the task status is changed from Assigned to En-route via the mobile app. I can update the value via client scripting, however I cannot figure out how to trigger it ONLY when the task status changes from Assigned to En-route. I had thought about updating via a business rule however I would not catch the exact time of when the status is changed on mobile, only when it is synced. Thanks in advance for advice!
