Hi experts,Can you let let me know in which time zone do the timestamps in the server logs for FSM cloud environments represent? Is it a common time zone across all FSM cloud environments or is it specific to customer time zone?Cheers,Buddhima

Hi experts, I need to add the request.access_group variable in a notification message which is sent when an escalation is created. So, I have thought of starting from the escalation table, then moving to quote table and then moving to request table, and from there getting the access group value. In my notification message, I have included {{request.access_group}}.This is the Substitution map I have created which is giving an empty value in the email. How can I get this to work? Cheers,Buddhima
Hi experts, I am getting an error when I try to run the following xml<perform_attach_report> <parameters> <reportname>UK_WL_DIC_REPORT</reportname> <parameter>TaskId=61432</parameter> </parameters></perform_attach_report> The error is <perform_attach_report_result> <result type="Exception"> <error> <application_error> <severity>ERROR</severity> <message>ProcessPerformRequest: matching perform definition method not found: TaskRepComponent:ProcessAttachPdf(System.String,System.String,)</message> </application_error> </error> </result></perform_attach_report_result> The method and method signature are correctly defined in the perform definition when checked in smart client. This error started to occur after a cloud delivery for a mobile customization. What could have gone wrong and where can I check? Cheers,Buddhima
Hi experts, This is regarding FSM Mobile Cloud deliveries.I have done a customization in mobile and this needs to be deployed in cloud. I need to know if it is mandatory to upgrade the version from the code before building the apk? Eg. Does the this need to be updated to 6.22.8363? Also, once a new apk is deployed to cloud, does the installer automatically upgrade the version as in the screenshot above or is it fetched from the code? Cheers,Buddhima.
Hi experts,Is there a way to see the mobile client version change history? I need to see when this version was changed from 6.22.8361 to 6.22.8362. Cheers,Buddhima
Hi experts, I am facing an issue where once an attachment is selected from the Request screen, the file path, name, description disappears after clicking the “Save” button. The values are passed to the DB as well. This is what it should look like: How can I fix this?
Hi experts, need your help.Customer needs the following requirement fulfilled:In Quote screen → Under Lines tab → When adding a new line → if the Usage type is Part. make the part_description non-editable but if the Usage type is Non part, make the part_description editable. Currently, this behaviour is vice-versa. I have created a new client script (attached) and linked it with the Usage Type field in UI designer. However, it looks like it is fetching the value of the Usage Type field from the first row (which is selected by default when the screen loads). Whenever I select another row, it still has the same value as the Usage Type in the first row. How can I get this to work properly?
Hi experts, This customer is getting an error “Empty path name is not legal” when they run the following XML after upgrading from UPD14 to UPD22. This error only occurs in the On-premise env, and the cloud env works fine. This issue occurs for both custom & baseline reports. The app params are set as follows: Have I missed anything?
