Can someone explain how we can remove an excess Inventory Reservation of a Part that is Stuck in a ‘Shipment’ Type Location? I’ve seen a lot of ASC Customers facing this problem of having potentially ‘Stuck’ inventory in ‘Shipment’ Type Locations due to various reasons (in Most Cases, we don’t know how they end up having such unusable Stuck Inventory Reservation). For example, They have an ‘Invoiced/Closed’ Customer Order Line, with a None Zero ‘Reserved Qty’ value. When you look at the Inventory side Reservation, Part is currently in a ‘Shipment’ Type Location. If the Location type is ‘Picking’ we could simply Unreserve the Stock through a Data Repair (Because it becomes Available stock as soon as the Unwanted reservation is Removed), but for a ‘Shipment’ Type Location, you can’t have ‘Unreserved’ stock. I would like to know whether any of you came across this issue in past, if so how you managed to get over this situation?
When working with IFS Cloud, I want my Page to auto-refresh upon successful execution of a Custom Command (Serve the same Functionality as below Check box in Custom Menu screen in IFS APPS10)? Can this be done?
One of our Customers need to add some Custom fields on a few IFS Cloud screens (Aurena, or Aurena B2B) but looks like it is not possible.I’ve referred this to Supply Chain Product team (via JIRA Project SC Support - Distribution) and they said the mentioned objects and virtuals not entities in the data model. So, they suggested referring this to framework team to see if there is a feature given by the framework to enable custom fields for virtual tables. Can someone from Framework team can advise whether it would be possible to enable custom fields on below objects?- Aurena B2B - we would like to customize Entity QuotationLineVirtual, but is it not on the list of Entities- Aurena - we would like to customize DocumentFileVirtual, but it is not on the list of Entities
When I create a new Command Group, I can specify the Parameter Mappings for that Command (Type of Command Group: ExcuteAction). However, I don’t see any option to change the Parameter Mappings of already created Command Group item. I’m in the Page Designer view of my Custom Page and all I need to do is I would like to amend some Mappings I entered when I initially create my Command Group. Can you please advise how can I achieve this?
I’m seeing below error when I try to Publish my Custom Projection.‘Custom framework is not enabled. Please enable it from system parameters’ This was observed in both Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core - RnD / BnT CMB & Support / IFSCLOUD / 21R1 Core / REGIONAL TEST CMB environments. Can you advise me on what is missing/how can I get this resolved?
I would like to know whether it is possible to change the Default Answer for the Application Warnings in the Cloud solution? For example, all we need is to change the Default Answer from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’ in a Warnings message similar to the one given below, Same issue was discussed in Community post https://community.ifs.com/framework-experience-infrastructure-cloud-integration-dev-tools-50/warning-message-is-it-possible-to-make-no-button-as-default-in-warning-message-10667?tid=10667&fid=50, but is for IEE.
I’m getting below error when I try to Run ForecastServer.exe after installing Demand Plan Server? Can someone help me to get over this?
One of our Customer’s said they want to Cancel/Close a Customer Order which was created through a Work Order - SM Connection Check box ‘Ticked’ in the Header Level. The Order don’t have any lines at the moment. When they try to Cancel the Header, the system presents some dialog boxes (see below example Screenshots. When trying to Close, it appears to work, but nothing happens - Last Screenshot). they tends to believe that it is possible to Cancel/Close the Order despite the SM Connection (subjected to those conditions mentioned in the dialog boxes of course). Is Cancelling a Customer Order with SM Connection at all possible? If yes, under what conditions?
