Hi, Is it possible to access the configuration of the following button in the Ui Designer? It's from the schedule board menu, and I wanted to configure the values that the field highlighted in red returns. Thanks
Hi, Is it possible in a lookup to put an information-only field in this red area? Outside the filter area. Best regards
Hi, I have a requirement from a client where it was asked if I could multi select values from a lookup popup. Right now when you create in a lookup field there is a new pop up that appears for a user to select a value. For example the task type: This behaviour is possible if we press the CTRL button while we select several values in the lookup but to the customer this is not very intuitive. Setting the field as a combobox is not a solution in this case, because this field can have more than 100 values. Best regards.
Hi, I am trying to use Division/ Region based allocation in PSO and I have the following questions:I am creating the resource in the FSM via integration which is then automatically transferred to the PSO. Is it possible in this creation or transaction between FSM and PSO to automatically associate the Division to the resource? Is it also possible in the Resource Planner to automatically or via integration add the resource to the correct Division without having to do it manually? Thank you! Best regards,João Martins
Hi, When creating a task using the API already provided by FSM and POSTMAN to invoke it, using the following URL “/MetrixIntegrationService/M5WebService.asmx/ProcessXML” to make the request, we send a tag with the authentication, with the credentials of a valid user like the following example: Our question is whether it is possible to send the xml without this authentication tag that has the password visible, we tried to use "Authorization" as the following example: but it returns the following error "XML authentication failed." Does anyone know if this is possible? Best regards
Hi, Does the current API used in FSM for creating and updating entities (same API that we use on the XML Poster) , does it have an WSDL and also XML schema available, public or able to be extracted in some way? The goal here is to be able to provide to an external system that is comunicating with FSM so they can import the WSDL/XML schemas from FSM to their system (in this case I am comunicating with SAP and they asked if such was possible to be extracted). Best regards,Joao Martins
Hi, In the PSO parameters menu we modify the parameter "SelectableCommittedActStatuses" with the values "Do Not Schedule" and "Accepted".But when we have a task in the "Commited" state, when we analyze which are the possible states to update, other states are showing up than the ones we assigned to the parameter, it seems that it's not filtering: Are we having a misinterpretation of what this parameter is supposed to do? Best regards
Hi, Is it possible to create an unavailability pattern in FSM or PSO?We tried to look at calendar exception from the Person menu and in the PSO directly, but you can only create unavailabilities in a time interval. What we want is, for one unavailability, to create more of that same unavailability with the same duration and for each day of the week. For example, create an unavailability that always repeats from 9am to 12pm from Monday to Friday.Does anyone know if this is possible? Best regards
Hi, Is it possible in the Webclient, when you modify one of the task's search fields, to immediately detect that modification and run a script? Right now the script we have only runs after deselecting the field, the event we are using is the "AfterValueChanged", all the other events didn't work, like the "TextChanged".What our script does is, if it detects a blank space, it replaces it with "|".We want the script to run as soon as it detects a modification because if before deselecting the field, we press the SEARCH button, it gives the following error: Best regards
