Hi All, As a company we are looking to see about the automation of supplier invoices, we receive a large percentage of our invoices through email in PDF format, and looking to see if there is a program/ procedure that would take the pdf and enter the relevant information automatically into IFS. We would need the pdf read to pick up invoice number, supplier name, purchase order etc. At this point we don’t want the invoices matched to the po we just need them registered on IFS to reduce manual entry. Hi All, Our Procurement department has asked us to find out how other companies identify stock that may have certain attributes (in this case certain tariff codes). My initial thoughts are to make the parts Export Controlled parts or just to use a custom field, but if anyone has any way of achieving the below it would be great to see. “We have been trying to work out if there is any way of separating or placing a form of identification against stock in IFS for certain characteristics. One of the main ones being so that we can identify materials that we receive that have particular Test Certs and are compliant with certain Tariff regulations (in other words – materials we could export again compliantly). It also links to other material management queries, such as ensuring goods bought for one project (end user) don’t get used where they shouldn’t.” Many thanks!
Hi All, I wonder if anyone can point us in the right direction. We use KABA to record our time and attendance which works exactly as intended in most situations; however we have an issue when an employee is off sick with an Ongoing absence. My understanding is that when the employee returns from their sickness absence and swipes to clock in the onoing absence tick box should be unticked, an end date should be entered against the absence, and the time card updated with the clock in time. With our setup when a user returns and swipes, the message “Overlapping Intervals” is displayed, the absence is unaltered, and no time is entered on the time card. The employees have the REG_NO_AUTH self access ID. Thanks in advance! Scott
Hi,I have been requested to set up a simple custom page with a table that users can enter their Employee ID and some notes. The user should only see their own entries, but managers should be able to see entries by all staff that report to them.Is there any way I can apply row level security to the Custom Logical Unit view? Ideally I would like the use the HR position access logic that filters views such as COMPANY_PERSON_ALL (User_Access_API.Is_User_Available_Emp_No)I have investigated using a Filter on a Custom Projection for use in Aurena, but can’t find a way to set up a filter that will allow me to filter on Employee ID. Any advice will be very much appreciated. Scott
