Unable to Print Work Instructions

Navigate to Disposition Shop OrderSearch a SO-No: >Click on the three dots in right top corner in the header areaGo to Reports> Work InstructionsClick OK from the next window as in the SS.As the next step when you click Preview Button as in the SS the following error appears.When we refer the error from Print Manger following error is there.  This error is only appearing for particular shop orders there are correctly working reports as well. The Error as follows:Error Occured while rendering the (plugin) report. Error: GENREPORTIO:Could not generate report: 'TRANS_SAX_ERROR:Failed transforming report data: 'Error while removing Invalid XML characters. Project connections as system connections

In project connection screen,  the system connection checkbox is not checked for a purchase order.  Is there a way to toggle that as a system connection?

Shop Order is closed, but SO completed Qty is 0

When following the below test plan We are having a error in our background job.Appreciate any clue why are we getting this error to solve it. TEST PLAN:Create a Shop Order.1. Duplicate the shop order> Lot size 1> Save.2. Delete all material lines except the first material line( keep one material line)3. RMB on SO Header> Release4. RMB on SO header> Material actions> Issue5. Shop Order> operations tab> RMB on operation line> Shop order Analysis > Details>Analysis results window popup> Attributes tab> nonconformities Column add1> Non conforming column add 1> RMB on the line> Complete registered Results> RMB on header> Confirm Registered Results6. Navigate to Shop floor workbench> Enter as Team (any team in LOV)> Refresh from button pane> Search for the newly created Shop order> Select the operation line>Click Approve operation button> Ok7. Reports display English descriptions of the part regardless of the language being selected when printing the reports

DescriptionRefer below test plan for the scenario• Create a simple manufacturing product structure.• Go to Part Master Data >> Master Part >> Part window and query for these parts. Add Chinese description under ‘Language Description’ tab with Language Code ‘zh’.• Create a Shop Order and create ‘Work Instruction’ Report [RMB on SO Header >> Reports >> Create Reports. Tick checkbox ‘Work Instruction Report’. Select ‘OK’. Select ‘zh’ as the Language and click ‘Preview’.• The generated report does not show the Part Description in Chinese, instead shows in English. This is applicable for both Work Instruction Report and Picklist when created from both Shop Order window and Shop Floor Workbench when logged in from the English language.Any specific way to rectify the situation?Best Regards,Thilan

Part Transfer Template not possible to save with Fi language

Log into IFS EE using Fi (Finnish, Suomi) language.Navigate to Suunnittelu/Tarjousarvion hallinta/Siirrä Arviotuotteet windowQuery any estimateTry to add a value (using LOV) for the column ‘Nimikkeen siirtomalli’ on the line and  saveYou will observe an error message: “Nimiketyyppiä Ostonimike ei voi käyttää nimiketyypin Osto mallina”.This will only occur when logging in from Fi language.As per the logic it has to be the same because when we check it manually in the tables on English it is correct.Furthermore, I have compared the method with our core env It is same.part_tpe_ := Estimate_Component_API.Get_Part_Type(newrec_.estimate_id, newrec_.estimate_revision_no, newrec_.node_id);type_code_ :=  Part_Transfer_Template_API.Get_Type_Code(newrec_.part_template_id); Investigated that all the values were not coming from the DB to mentioned logic, they were attached from the client end.Appreciate any ideas to overcome this scenario.

Unable to perform any action in Aurena Client after creating new permission set and removing IFSAPP_FULL permission set

I have created the Following permission set firstly from the Aurena client using IFSAPP login.Then I followed below steps in order to give access for Product Structured windows. Step 1:Click on Projections and Lobby pages.Then click on Manage by Navigator button.Step 2:Click on the Expand Button.Step 3:Then click on the Navigator Tree, Main.Step 4:Then click on the Filter Button and filter the records with Product Structure.Step 5:Then Click on the Product Structure line & press the button Edit Projections Access for Selected Pages.Step 6:Then click tick on the product structure line, press the button Set All Full and press OK.Then the permission set will look like below.Then logout from the Aurena Client and log in IEE using IFSAPP.Step 7:Navigate to Create User window and query for the user that wanted to give access.As you can see earlier full access were given through IFSAPP_FULL permission set  to use TLASLK.Then I remove IFSAPP_FULL and gave the access to newly created permis

CO deleting is possible even existing dependencies with approvals

Test Steps:Go to  Engineering > PDM > Change management > Change OrderSearch for any CO with Pending Approvals (In attachment tab you can see approval process: Attachment below). To check Further Go to Engineering > PDM > ApprovalsAnd search for not approved line using search conditions ( CO & Group ID: Attachment below). Now Go to previous CO window and try to delete the CO with pending approvals, it is possible even with pending dependencies. This behavior is not acceptable.  In my opinion system should show an error message that CO cant be deleted because dependencies are existing on the CO.I tried on TQA but there is a proper popup message to that scenario and operation been cancelled.No customizations involved and the code base are same noticed that after investigating.Symptom: I have debugged the process and identified OBJ_CONN_DELETE getting False.Appreciate if any suggestions to overcome the issue.

Unable to see all the columns in Misc parts & Cursor is too small

When Navigating Project Navigator > one of the activity > demand tab > misc partsI am unable to see all the available columns of it.Even though all the visible columns are on the list unable to see all of them together. it’s having morecursor is at the end of it but it’s having more columns. Also, the cursor is harder to differentiate from the main cursor, it has to be the same as the parent cursor but it’s not.  All of them fall under customization. parent form does not have any issues but the child form does.While searching through noticed the below type of behavior on the client end. these columns do not have any pre-coded values or methods on them, they were hidden from the scratchAppreciate any suggestions to overcome these two issues in this window.
