Can anyone please give me some guidance. Basically what I am trying to is process an email via assystETM to log a ticket against a specific service offering, this service offering will have custom fields which I want to populate with data from the body of the email.So for example I want to take the string after the text Name: from the email body to populate a single string value custom field in my Service Offering form, the field name shortcode is FULLNAME.In my data mapper in assystETM I have added the below The ticket is successfully logging against the correct custom form and service offering, however when I am trying to populate the custom field whatever I am trying is not working and field remains blank. Has anyone done something similar? If so can you please tell me what I am doing wrong and offer a bit of guidance.
Hello All, Does anybody else suffer with the below if you are trying to re-order services in the Service Designer?Is it a bug? I know I have been the only one working on this so it has not been modified by anybody else. When I click OK it prompts a refresh of the Service Designer and my Service has not been moved.I have looked on the knowledgebase and I cannot see anything that this relates to.I have this issue in my production environment which is 11.4.1 and also my test environment which is 11.5.2
Has anybody out there built an assystETM channel which will process an email and log a new ticket using a specific Custom Form?If so I could do with some guidance as to how you reference the specific Custom Form you want to use.We will be looking at taking the data out of the body of the email to populate the custom fields within the custom form which I am comfortable with, I am just struggling with how to call that custom form.
Hello All, Is it possible to create a Custom Lookup on an assystNET form using Contact User as the single-select-lookup but have the Default Value Expression as the user who is currently logged in?
I am hoping I describe this correctly. Has anybody managed to create expressions that assign an Authorisation Task to a Contact User, however this assignment is based upon the Contact User from being selected from a Custom Field on an assystNET form?? If you have not done the above have you instead managed to build SmartMail rules to send an email to a Contact User who has been selected from a Custom Field on an assystNET form?? Any advice, help or guidance will be greatly appreciated
Hello All, I was wondering whether anybody had been able to build an Action Processor rule based upon a specific answer from a Custom Lookup?If not does anybody have an alternative solution they have built?
