Hi,I’m struggling to find how to get a custom field value with our LUA scripts. Normally - to get a value we do something like this:ASSYSTREST:get("Event",EVENT_ID, "richRemarks.content" ) However, how do a specify the shortcode of a custom field value I want to pull?I tried something like this, but it didn’t work: ASSYSTREST:get("Event", EVENT_ID,{customFields={customFieldShortCode="NEW AUTO PAGE OUT"}}) Thank you. Martin
Hi,I’m working with the Mailbox Reader ETM source files found here: https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-7Wiki/index.php/Integrations:assystETM_1.7_-_Examples Is there a way to add the triggering source email to the Event just like the legacy MBR was able to do?Thanks.Martin Provost
Hi Everyone,I’m in the process of converting our Mailbox Reader config and moving it to ETM.I was able to import the template channel/mappers and got one of my mailboxes converted successfully.However, my other mailbox is a bit more complex.I have an update_pattern setup with associated email templates like this in Mailbox Reader: update_pattern = { ["\< ACK \>"] = { UPDATE_ACTION = "SERV-DEPT-ACK", ACTIONIMPPROFILE = "MBR PULSE", description_template = "template/ack_template.txt", }, ["Response/Reponse: Approved /"] = { UPDATE_ACTION = "DEC-APPROVED_APPROUVE", ACTIONIMPPROFILE = "MBR PULSE", description_template = "template/approval_template.txt", }, ["Response/Reponse: Not Approved /"] = { UPDATE_ACTION = "DEC-NOT_APPROVED_REFUSE", ACTIONIMPPROFILE = "MBR PULSE", description_template = "template/approval_template.txt", }, ["Response/Reponse: Approved"] = { UPDATE_ACTION = "DEC-APPROVED", ACTIONIMPPROFILE = "MBR PULSE", description_template

Hi Everyone,Has anyone figured out how to automatically delete the browser cache after an upgrade? To delete the cache for only the assyst site specifically? We find it a huge pain to communicate to all our user community to delete their browser cache after an upgrade. It’s also a strain on our internal helpdesk. We would love to do this automatically for users at login using a script pushed to the users machines.Thanks.Martin ProvostInnovapost
Hi Everyone, Most of file transfers from external sources for employee data is done via SFTP currently. We download the source file from an SFTP folder to the integration server and then perform a remote upload command. A bit archaic I know but didn’t have much time during our on-prem to SaaS migration to change this so we kept with it. A external system that generates one of our source files is going though a revamp and we are looking to get rid of the SFTP servers to transfer the file. We are thinking of having them directly upload their file to our ETM channel. Has anyone done this before? If so, a couple of questions:Do you have an example of the remote POST command? I do know the examples provided within ETM (powershell and bash) but would like other examples. What tools/programming language to you use to automate the upload? Did you create a new ETM user for that specific interface? Can we restrict the new ETM user to only upload for a certain channel? Or will they have access t
Hi,We are trying to convert an older assystEJB call that we have embedded in a LUA script. Here is the call to the getAttachments function: local attachments, err = ASSYSTEJB:getAttachments(parmTicketOrAction, parmNumber) We are trying to convert this to assystREST but it’s not working. Would someone have the correct function syntax for getAttachments in assystREST?Thank you!Martin Provost
