We are experiencing very poor performance on our live system and trying to understand what is causing it.We can see that at database level users are logging in but we see many users are getting a collection of sessions, maybe as they move around screens and such like. We see that their 1st session appears to be locking their 2nd session and this manifests as a screen that freezes with the little ‘processing’ pop-up upon saving a record.We also see one user’s session is locking out another user’s sessionsI wondered if anyone on here has experienced this and if it is possible to manage it We’re on Apps 9 SP11 - 2 X Windows App Servers with 3 X Linux Oracle Database servers. I’m trying to configure an Excel Migration Job to act on an API that accepts a single attribute, which is a string of keys. HiWe have changed our licensing agreement recently and I’m developing a report to show our full user licence holders. I also wanted to add a column to show employees that utilise the Time Clock CTU lincence in IFS Apps 9.My guess was that it looked for a tick in the box for ‘Time & Attendance’ in the Person Terminal Data tab of the Employee Admin screen AND that the employee needs to be currently employed. I get an extra 400+ records of the reported licence usage with this SQL…select * from terminal_personwhere TIME_AND_ATTEN = 'TRUE'and EMP_NO IN (Select EMP_NO from PERSON_PUBLIC_HR_INFO);Any idea what other criteria the licence management area applies to further reduce my results?
HiI created a very simple IAL (Apps 9 SP11) with the following SQL...select * FROM DBA_SCHEDULER_JOBSThis view is SYS owned and is set as a public synonym. The view has been granted privs to SELECT to IFSINFO. The IAL is named MT_SYS_DBA_JOBSWhen I execute the following SQL from SQL Developer all is well…select * from IFSINFO.MT_SYS_DBA_JOBSYet, when I execute from a Quick Report or the SQL Query Tool I get this error…Cannot convert JDBC type -101 to PlsqlType Any ideas?
HiWhen assigning a Serial Object to another Serial Object (as part of an assembly), is there a way of seeing the the Functional Object that the parent Serial Object is assigned to from the child Serial Objects?When sending an engineer to repair a child item of equipment, we need to show its location (Functional Object) in the Work Order screen and prints.
