Dear Community We are using IFS Cloud Service Management to handle our Field Service requests. We are relying on Work Order / Work Task / … entities to model all the information.We have multiple contacts we want to document for a single Work Order. On the Work Order, it would seem that only 1 set of contact information (name / number / email) can be documented.How would I achieve documenting multiple sets of contact information (name / number / email) for a single Work Order? HelloIn PSO we can configure the user of Real Time Travel to further optimize travel time. Currently, in our set-up, I can choose between NONE and TOMTOM. Is there a way of adding additional providers?Thank you
